I don't mean the size of the map, I mean all of the features. With your logic, a game with the animation of a Pixar movie could be horrible if it is laggy.
poor official server peeps, had to accept the fact that their servers are ceasing to exist, and I get to witness it happening from my singleplayer world in Fjordur
This music just reminds me of how adventurous this game is. You become part of the ARK, you survive, you increase your power, and you dominate it. You build, tame, pillage, craft, dominate. And all the way, the adventure grows as you progress. That, is why this music fits the game.
+John Dayton Somehow when I played ark, I kinda felt like I a was actually there, and listening to this reminds me of all the times our clan played ark
Here are some ideas i came up with for an Ark movie. Lone person trying to survive, this person could also get very attached to his/her dinosaurs. Or more than one person trying to survive, with these two people either spawning together or metting after they have developed somewhat. Or it could be about the actual dinosaurs trying to survive the humans.
I love this song so much. It really represents the whole game. It captures how adventurous, exciting, and magnificent the game can be. It’s like it summarizes your whole journey in the entire game. I just find it splendid, and they couldn’t have made such a better piece.
This music is literally at John Williams standards, and if any theme were to replace to Jurassic park theme, I would have to pick this one. Bravo, ark. Bravo.
I can see this being a Zimmer, James Newton Howard or James Horner. I feel like Williams is still beyond this lol! Just my opinion! Not looking for a debate!
Personally, this song sounds like it's derived from Conan The Barbarian's theme by Basil Poledouris. It definitely surpasses it though. Beautiful piece
I'm naked. I scratched my arm and looked up into the clear blue sky. I see a Dino. I see Trees. I see Rocks. I see a Spino on the beach front. Lets do this.
@@notthefeds4147 can't have been me, i play ps4. also for some reason not seen this till now 2 years later, why is g+ being weird for me not showing some notifications anyone know?
The Ark. Not Heaven. Not Hell. Not exactly the afterlife either. Instead, a second chance at living. Where everything and everyone that has ever died becomes reborn in a mysterious land, filled with prehistoric creatures and other ungodly beasts. But when a tribe far more advance than any other decides to unleash an ancient and powerful force onto the land, mankind will have to revert back to their primal instincts once more. [My story on Ark]
So many things that we did at our first day: Kil ourself, Geting worst spawn, Not beating animal and die...... It was very hard but this song stayed with us. Thank you for giving back memories!!
I didn't had a epic games account and I was in a trip to the mountains the week they put it free, now I have depression because I don't have my free ark
its almost 90 degrees where i live and the theme of this game set the temperature to 90000 cuz of how someone burned the house down after hearing this garbage
From the first time the epic beat plays you hear this primal drumming and that evolves to a more modern and tech homing in the beat. The music evolved like the player does. It's pretty cool.
+Prickly Pinecone Sorry, i'm german, and it's not very easy to decide between "on" and "at". It was sure, that i'ld make some mistakes. My english mark is a three :D
I remember first watching the og ark trailer back when I was 13 and was amazed. Bought the game as soon as it came out, now I’m 20 and the amount of nostalgic memories this theme gives me is crazy
Ark was such a big part of my early early teen years I got it a few weeks afte game preview I was in 6th grade I believe and now is a sophomore in high school and 16 years old man I miss this theme I can’t wait for summer that’s when I take ark super serious
IT feels good that there are New comments on this video, because i love ark, and i don't want it to be forgoten. But somehow i only find 3-4 year old comments and that makes me sad
This feels really nostalgic. Like, the first time I played Ark, it somehow already felt nostalgic. Anyone else feel that way? Maybe it's just that I heard a similar song earlier on, that I didn't remember.
Yes or waiting to login and you're listening to this not sure if your base will even be there anymore.... Absolutely tied to anxiety for me but also powerful nostalgia...
It's sad because ark could be one of the best game in the past 10 years if they executed it properly and optimized everything, it's got such a beautiful design and soundtrack I've never had a game get in my feels like this
Reminded me of the days as a noob, me and my frens started as beach bob and later decided to move to the volcano area and tow all the dinos we had along in a long convoy via land, fending off countless of threats and overcoming various obstacles in between. Still a memorable journey until today.
This song reminds me of years ago when I first started playing I remember playing on my uncle's Xbox when it first came out the theme started playing and I wasn't even good at the game I remember just feeling pure enjoyment it was just fun and I didn't even get anything done I didn't progress in the game it was just fun it was just pure enjoyment now I don't get that feeling because I play with the music on mute
this theme feels like the first time you set foot on the island. Everything is an adventure, so much to explore, you couldn't even tell on your map where you were. Seeing people with lvl 20 Rex and thought they were the rulers of the map, first time seeing someone with Flak Armor and shotguns and you and your mates bare foot trying to survive piranias and compys. Those memories :, )
Jurassic Park Theme shows the marvels of human technology since they made dinos and that’s why it should sound like “The World’s Greatest Zoo” with all the epic music. ARK is mysterious and adventurous. The first few seconds of the theme should be more mysterious as it gets more intense. Then the main part comes, it shows the grandeur of the mysterious place which has Dinos too but it’s a dangerous place that’s worth exploring. The ARK theme fits perfectly for the game. Both are good in their respective ways. It’s just like comparing the speed that a monkey can climb a tree and the speed that a fish can swim.
The memories Oml everything I experienced in this game is all flooding back. Starting out as a noob working my way up to a mega tribe. One of the best games I played. Haven’t played in about a year cuz of life can’t wait for ark 2
2 Years ago today, my journey on ARK started. I still get goosebumps from remembering all iconic times I went trough with my friends during 2020 and 2021.
This music is great! Reminds me of all the adventurous times I spent hours building up my base, logging off, coming on the next day and seeing the glorious mess of the offline raid that took place! Rebuild again, only to have a pteranodon rider pick me up high in the sky for a lovely view of my base until releasing me to get a fast zoom in towards the ground.... ahhh the memories!
This song tells a fucking story. For hardcore ark players who’s been playing since it was first available this brings back all the memories. This is hands down the best game soundtrack of all time and this game is my favourite of all time. It’s deserves so much more attention than it gets 1000/10
"I'm back" I say before loading in, after 8 hours of loading the music changes, a flash of bright light, and I am once again on the beach. I scratch my arm and look up to see a pack of troodons. "goodbye" i say before leaving again
6 years ago this was the song everyone heard in this game, the menu, the trailers, the loud ass starting screen. It's come so far from just a game about punching trees and riding on dinosaurs. 😔👏
The ark theme song is just a straight up masterpiece and makes me feel like I’m 12 again seeing the trailer for the game and then getting as a gift for being stuck in a truck for the whole summer holiday
Abyssal Lagaiacrus Ark was never JUST about dinosaurs. Ark Survival *Evolved*. There was always plans to do something big with the game, which turned out to be Tek, and storyline, and things like that.
