That feathery T Rex you guys were fighting is called the Yutyrannus. It has a power to increase the strength of your team by roaring. Maybe next time you guys could try to tame one. Like so they can see this. Also, that thing where it roared and his screen turned black meant he had the fear blight. It can lower the strength of enemy creatures, and in some cases, make them run away.

Yeah if you ever find one alone without body guards, like this one, you should tranq it and tame it. Though I guess in co-op it's not as useful but still good to have in case a wild one attacks your base.

Never engage the Yutyrannus head on. Its roar will cause all dinos, except for Gigas, Rexs, Spinos, Wyverns, Alpha Predators, Water Creatures, Paracers and Brontos, tamed or untamed to run away from it, even if being ridden. Also player movement speed needs to be at least 181% to outrun it. Source: Ark SE Wiki

Funny enough, this isn't even the first time they've encountered one, but they were on foot and it was nearly dead. I agree though, the Yutyrannus would be a great addition to their motley crew. The courage roar doesn't just boost attack power, it also reduces damage taken, so even in a PvE/co-op environment its really useful.

Yeah you can tame either the Yutyrannus AND that Giga at 3:21. Then you would have an unstoppable force on any alpha carno with a Trex, Yutyrannus and a Giga.

Since you guys are using structures +, you can make a hitching post and hitch the dinos, once they are hitched that cannot move. You can set them to wander and allow them to breed, and they wont run around. Comes in handy when you are breeding gigas. Upvote so they can see this, please.

For the 80 millionth time: Worst to best drops- White, green, blue, purple, yellow, red. The underwater crates also tend to have decent stuff in them. The halo around a drop only indicates that it has double loot, not that it necessarily has good stuff. The giant fuzzy t-rex (Yutyrannus) that y'all killed is a good support tame. It has two different roars; one that boosts allied damage and resistance by 40% and another that reduces enemy damage and resistance by 50% (sometimes causing smaller dinos to flee). Pair that with one of those healing hell pigs and you've got a great squad.

Guywholikes goodmusic but taming a Giga would make a great episode. And they don't have to always use it, only for important stuff like the boss. Plus, they tamed a T-Rex in Ragnarok and barely use it, but the episode where they got it was entertaining.

Can you guys PLEASE try to tame a Giga. Not just because their awesome but it would be amazing to see you guys try & tame it. For sure very entertaining. That’s the one thing you guys have never tried to do is try to take a Giga. Just please don’t waste an episode trying it your way & then end up getting Thick’d. Look up some RU-vid videos on how to tame a Giga it’ll make things easier & you won’t risk dying or losing tames :)

Thick and Appsro "lazy giga's" lol! That's why I really love this channel. The comedy, as well as the chemistry between all of you. There are Far too many people these days that get offended by jokes like that, so quite a lot of comedians just stay away from it all together in fear of some social media backlash, when really, those getting all butthurt need to just relax, cause it's a joke and nothing more, and we all need to laugh. Anyway, love the content guys! Keep doin what you do!!

My girlfriend and I were talking after watching your videos and I just want to say thank you for all of your time and effort spent on your content. we love everything about it. all the subtle effects on voices make a huge impact to the scenes and makes your contents quality stand high above everything else we've seen. It's incredibly entertaining, has great pacing. And as for the Ark content alone anyone else who's played Ark knows damn well how much of this has been cut out because of the grind that the game is.It's genuinely more like watching a show than watching usual youtube gaming footage.

This is the way games were meant to be played. Everyone focuses on progression but video's like this are proof that having fun with your friends is way more important than getting to the end goal. On episode 103 of 251 on my vacation. Not sure I'll make it to the end but I'm having so much fun watching this! I have 6 more days to reach the end.

Dear needs gaming crew. Love watching your ark series keep it up, but I agree with everyone but neebs when they traveling to different locations and discovering new abandoned places makes it more exciting seeing that kind of stuff. P.S.Doraleous needs more credit for the work he puts into 7 days to die after all he’s trying to save your a$$e$ after all! And sorry to see that bridge of your fall hopfully it's repairable.

I just noticed somthing about neebs. When ever Neebs is bored or doesn't get his way, he's go to excuse is "we need to make an entertaining video" It's like when parents fight and justify every shitty thing they do as "for our kids" but really it's because they know they can justify it in a court. Look back at every time neebs does this and you can hear the bored frustration in his voice like 5 year kid not getting his way at someone else's birthday party!
