I'm very curious to find out on what grounds he's pleading not guilty. Is it going to be by way of insanity or something like that? Or maybe it's a matter of the specific charges, and he wants it all to be ruled manslaughter at worst, because his guns _accidentally_ fired dozens of times, and _accidentally_ reloaded all on their own, while he _accidentally_ continued to aim them at people? Maybe it'll be something that isn't as reasonable and believable as that. Perhaps we'll find out.
They're working on getting Bionca Ellis off by reason of mental illness. Shouldn't Travis Posey have the same opportunity? Maybe he'll make some faces in court or something.
All of his victims are white, so racism is an unlikely motive. Speculation is that he was shooting up the store because his wife works there or something.
