I lived in NWA for close to 9 years. I love Arkansas. The State Police are very polite, professional, and super helpful. They are one of the best things about Arkansas.

Yeah never run the cops if they got close enough to read your plates, and you haven't mentally mapped your entire area by extensive experience including open lots, dirt roads, etc...and have a serious performance advantage. Outstanding drive by the police officer in pursuit of the first crazy motorcyclist who was not wearing any protection cloths or crash helmet. This guy is an accident waiting to happen which would likely end in one or more fatalities, and most likely skin themselves in the process if they come off the bike. Well done each police officer keeping your roads safer for the innocent public 👏.

OMG the officer in the last segment deserves a medal, for talking to these kids like he's a high school teacher, keeping it cool and level headed...and then you see the assault rifle. Apart from body protection from bike gear in case of accidents….. Getting hit by bugs at over 100mph+ on a motorbike without proper gear on mere naked skin is no joke. Even with proper gear on you can really feel the impact of them. The bigger ones really make them felt like a hard thud. The smaller ones feel like needle stings. But although noticeable, the impact is dulled so it is not much of a problem. Cannot image how it feels in t shirts, shorts and flip flops.

You young’uns don’t know how good you have it. With cameras, you’re missing out on a classic policing maneuver. Before you tube, a chase like this had a very different final act. After you were stopped, cars were parked to obscure the vision of traffic and you got a serious old time ass whuppin’. And in Arkansas, maybe worse.

If ASP gets on their tail, they won’t quit until they got you in cuffs. Unless you’re a well trained driver in a very fast car, they hold all the cards. Communication, cooperation, tools, education, patience, and almost without doubt, being in way better physical condition than the perp. I don’t see them fail very often. BTW - ‘Dumbass’ might consider wearing appropriate clothing. No helmet, sandals, shorts. Poster boy for ‘road rash’. Live to ride, ride to live.

They get away occasionally.. and when they do , it is truly an amazing sight ! I saw this one video .. where the guy bent a corner ... and three seconds later the officer hit that corner and dude was GONE !! I mean there were literally 3 or 4 ways the guy could have taken .. and it was just the perfect place , perfect timing , it was almost like watching a magic show ! Because that dude .... disappeared .. and probably a stolen car , so , I am positive they never got that guy for that particular offense ..
