I have been on this earth quite few years and have seen much. Sadly, many of those in the police force , judges, and jail workers are just criminals who have not yet been caught. Birds of a feather flock together.
I don't think this is the same mysterious black charger that eludes the AR police. I have been praying the driver WILL be defeated and caught without anyone else getting hurt. God does not like this evil dangerous behavior and He WILL answer prayers to stop it.
The fact that he didn't play the, "I'm a Police Officer" card tells me that he's done with the profession. And in order to save his pension, all he has to do is retire. Instead of going through an Internal Affairs Investigation where he could possibly lose his rank and pension. And to be honest, he looks relieved, as maybe he needed to be kicked in the ass like this to motivate himself to walk away from the profession that isn't anything close to what it was like when he started.
How many vehicles has Byrd destroyed over the past few years? He destroyed one so bad once he was able to chase it down on foot. The only one he has left undamaged is the undefeated Charger, but only because that vehicle is modified to hell and driven by some maniac just as good behind the wheel as he is.

He tried so hard to mess up the officer for a “gotcha” to use in court, but, the officer is smarter. 😂 He keeps saying his life is over, yet he is responsible for this situation.
