Despite the fact that the explanation for the other Deadshot was extremely convoluted, the Deadshot from the Suicide Squad game is far better than the previous one. However, if we're going by the Assault on Arkham film, that Deadshot was amazing.

New 52 first Deathstroke run, he kills an entire team of mercenaries that he was originally paid to work with for a heist immediately after the contract was finished; because they were competition Deathstroke only became an anti-hero/hero after the God-Killer stuff all the way to Rebirth/Slade Wilson getting easily 1v1ed by Talia al Ghul and even Black Canary stomps him now in his own title no less

Dawg you just don’t know about Arkham comics or continuity. All of the Arkham comics have retconned events like red hood killing bane just to be revealed he’s still alive in knight, all of the character bios from asylum have been retconned in city and knight, and the movie is hardly canon due to the games

⁠​⁠​⁠​⁠@@Steven-hc1vy The thing about the comics is explained by the fact that they were simply not canon, this was noted by facts such as the events mentioned in it are not relevant or things like a closer relationship between Ivy and Harley or Bane were invented, they were simply never canon and it was something that the fandom was very clear about. With Asylum… well have another explanation that is summarized in that really the only thing that was planned for the next game was the concept of Arkham City as a scenery, but there was no exact plan to follow, they did not know which villains to use or what stories to give them, therefore some biographies They had slight redconns. It was as simple as understanding that if it does not contradict the games, it can be considered canon, if the events of x or y comic are mentioned in a game, it can be considered canon. That is why many consider that the Sulcld3 Squad game should not be taken as canon since it is full of inconsistencies with previous games and takes the comics as canon.

I think it’s also safe to say red hood is probably claiming kills that he didn’t do kind of thing If you’re killer moth a weak basically nothing villain and you hear about the red hood you quit turn yourself in or retire. And when the rest of the villains realise moth is missing they just assume red hood killed him because it makes sense and Jason isn’t gonna both correcting that rumour

This specific comic is 100% not canon but road to Arkham, the Arkham city comics, and assault on Arkham are 100% canon while the other comics are loosely canon with slight retcons here in there but are mostly a blueprint for similar events that may have happened
