22:25 The blue star is not guaranteed success. You refer to your ability on your character card, resolve accordingly, then check for success as you normally would.

Hi Rahdo = I really enjoy your new "Klingon" closed captions. I watch your videos on my TV using the RU-vid app through my Tivo DVR. It's great seeing the corrections come up on the screen as your playing. :-)

Very nice chicken mug!! Also, how can it be surprising Daisy is better at investigating? She sure has a greater sense of smell than most humans. ;) (I find it interesting those two characters are reminiscent of Jen and Richard. Somewhat.)

Hi there, one quick question.. I have one set of Arkham horror the card game and my girlfriend offered me the deluxe expansion (the path to carcosa) and the 1st and 2nd mythos packs from that expansion.. we haven't finished the core set campaign yet, should I play the campaign from the core set with any asset, skill or character from the expansion or its recommended to play each set only with the cards that came with it? Thank you very much..

Can you use two characters that have the same secondary card set but primary sets that are different from the other characters primary and secondary sets?

I've got a problem in the first scenario(the gathering). During the barrier phase, we need 6 clues to advance but there's only 4 clues with the revealing of the 2 rooms we can go. We are a bit confused, my roomate and I.

I'm confused by what happened with Crypt Chill. Couldn't you have boosted the Skill check with a card or cards from your hand? Couldn't the other character have possibly assisted you with a card as well?

I know this is old, but in case anyone is wondering. He definitely could have committed skill cards to the encounter skill test. The other investigator could not have though as she's not at the same location.

How many copies of the base game should I have to play with 4 people? What about expansions? Should all expansions have extra copies?

Thank you so much for answering me. I was a bit confused but I believe it was my own question. Does it mean that for a 4-player game I should have 2 copies of the base game? For example, in total 3 boxes? (1 box + 2 boxes copies)? I saw that the game currently has "2 big expansions", The Dunwich Legacy and "The Path to Carcosa" and about "8 small expansions" (scenarios and etc). In your opinion for a 4-player game I should have how many total boxes of each? I bought only 1 "Curse of the Rougarou - Scenario Pack", should I buy one more?

well, if you're buying a bunch of expansion content, you really only need one copy of the main game plus one copy of expansions :)

My wife and I totally ignore the initial deck building and just use the suggested starter decks. And level them up from there. Feels more challenging when you don't optimize from the start.

In the mean time I got the game thanks to your show. However we had trouble understanding the encounter deck assembly. Which you briefly but essentially covered on 2:07. So of course not your fault, but: Learn to Play steps 9 and 17 are terrible. Convoluted, very bad rulebook. We had no idea what the encounter deck assembly should be. All the cards? Only the gathering icon ones? All cards except the gathering ones? Be sure to check the errata and FAQ for all the misprints on fantasyfilthgames.com!

Playing a card takes an action. So Daisy got four actions in the first round instead of three.
