To anyone interested, in arkham city and arkham origins, if you throw the freeze blast or the glue grenade at an enemy caught in the smoke bomb, and they happen to be close to someone else in the smoke, you can do a double takedown in the smoke. If not that, then you can just take them out instantly in the smoke with the freeze blast and glue grenade respectively.
