I wonder, why bring Saileach if she using same skill as Myrtle? I though Myrtle better because less dp cost & I mostly use Saileach only for skill 3, not for skill 1 to generate dp.
as the other comment said, probably for the reduced deployment cost. and also because Ely/Sail S1 start producing more DP per second than Myrtle after their second skill activation
Different SP cycling time for a different amount of DP, DP generation down tag makes each DP more impactful -- thereby making Saileach's reduced DP cost on deploy and higher DP generation for a certain set of interval more impactful even if Myrtle has more DP efficiency over time. It's the difference of how much effective DP you can use immediately. Where every DP matters more for getting your unit out earlier to activate their skills, this could make the difference between a clear or a wipe.
Without Bagpipe, Ely and Saileach S1s are better DP per second from the very first activation, even accounting for the fact that Myrtle comes down sooner and ignoring the DP reduction on Ely and Saileach's talents. Then with Bagpipe, they're better DP per second starting from the second activation, plus they have more relevant talents. Myrtle costing less DP has really only mattered for CC8 because of the darkness mechanic -- otherwise, she's always been the third-choice flagbearer.
