I think if its enough damage in one frame like Eben, Horn, Dorothy trap nuke you can kill him immediately.

@@annie.V. this and also when using the skill to turn the heaters off, at some point he gets locked into that animation and using that you can get some more time to deal damage on him, although you don't need that if you're as fast as those
