I will not blame Fiametta if her trust for her friends will not be the same as before. And I also think Mostima's attitude and personality today is her way of hiding her true emotions.
Mostima is described as someone you can get close to but always makes distance. She's sociable but difficult to be known of. It's like she has her own reason to walled herself, was it matter of trust or relation that she's afraid of? Also, yeah Fiammetta has it hard about her squad being like that to her. I mean she lost two things thanks to Andoain... Her squad, and the trust she had on him. I understand why she's not going to accept his apology or sparing him from his sins.
This is frustrating for Fiametta. She said this revenge thingy was all for herself but the reason she hated Andoain is without a doubt because of what he'd done to Mostima and Lemuen. Imagine what she felt when the two who had been hurt forgiven him, or had no ounce of hate left to them. What role does she have now? A bystander? She's been left out of the picture. She's now all alone in this, and even if she succeeded killing the shit out of Andoain, she would gain nothing. She was helpless in the past, now helpless again in the present. She knows it, yet aims to kill him nonetheless. It is all she have left now.
ok hope i won't trigger some random youtube flag: the insult is originally "Pēdīcābo ego vōs et irrumābō", hg actually conjugated it. It's literally mean "i will sodomize and face fuck you" a poem/angry rant by Catullus, that he wrote after Aurēlī and furius pretty much called him effiminate and his poem delicate. It's was considered one of the foulest poem ever written.
@@mizzying1950 I've just read it... and surprisingly normal, feels like watching Kaine cursing and threatening that poor bandit, that she'll tear off his limbs, rammed a stick from his ass and turned him into a kebab.
fiammeta is probably the most human person in the event. It's not the fact because she's angry all the time but she hold grudges and even feeling guilty for herself for years knowing she did nothing to protect her comrades. You really can't blame fiammetta to want revenge against andoain despite both mostima and lemuen forgives him. Even in real life, forgiving is not an easy thing and as humans, hate and love are both sides of the same coin. If my friends got betrayed by someone and had to suffer consequences such as discrimination to their own homeland and losing your ability to walk, i would definitely be very mad and not forgive the said person eventhough they were forgiven. Forgiving will not return what my comrade has been through and suffered. Andoain does havea good goal and stuff, but in the end he's an asshole to betray them and the consequences laid on fiam's comrades are definitely severe
Doctor : "And thus, you start working with Mos again here, Fia." Fiammetta : "Listen here you little sh-t." Doctor : "Yes Mother, I am your little sh-t."
Sanktas of Laterano are basically privileged by many things unlike those in other places, hence why sometimes they're bit oblivious of many things beyond their sanctuary. Some though, such as Oren and Andoain, they've gone from places to places and sees the world on another angle, way further from Lateran scripture and understood the cruelty of their privilege: it is solely for themselves and not others, not for those who aren't Sankta.
@@HellecticMojo I think the anime has done a good job at characterizing Reunion, Amiya, and other miscellaneous operators than the early game does. What bothers me the most about the anime is just how GOOD it looks. Getting to see Ace again was bittersweet. Seeing him choke out the Reunion thug was equal parts awesome and awful. I wasn't ready to lose him again.
No, it's just that both Lemuen and Mostima had chose to forgive him and not going to give a slightest fuck of Andoain unless he dares to threaten Laterano. Sure they had the betrayals, disappointment and shock. But they're not letting themselves being indulged by hatred. Fiammetta hates him and would never let go because Andoain's betrayal caused her to lose two of her precious thing that time. Her squad, and the trust she had on him.
Not really, basically all sanktas have a super empathy with one another and both lemuen and mostima forgave him because they actually understand the reasons behind what he did, more importantly he didn’t fall there BECAUSE he actually was in the right (somehow) that’s why lemuen and mosti frogive him because they understand his choice even tho they were the victims, fia on the other hand is a liberl and not a sankta so she doesn’t have that kind of empathy and can’t understand him fully
@@ar3k417 yeah, pretty much that it seem like all sankta can share emotion so they can understand what he was thinking more or less(it's not a true telepathy), tho the right is kinda subjective cause it seem that interpretation of the law is importat, in what can cause one to fall, so it seem that for Andoain what he did was right while the reason that Mostima fell and and him no is probably something like: i see your point but i value more Lemuen. I think that he and Lemuen fought over the key and Lock and it ended with Mostima having to fight Andoain while she tought he was right. Fia on the other hand can't understand him and only see that 2 of her best friend got badly hurt by him and he just left after that without giving her a reason for his betrayal. She is beyond pissed.
to say he did nothing wrong is going a bit far. sure he’s not a completely all-dark villain or did everything wrong, but nothing is a bit of a stretch.
And that's why I hate this event, because it parades itself as Fiammetta's event, but in reality, it isn't her event. It's Ezell's, or Enforcer's if you prefer. If you think about it, Fiammetta doesn't accomplish ANYTHING in Guiding Ahead, she spends her entire time bumping into walls she doesn't comprehend and never gets an answer ever, while Ezell gets to experience some sort of personal journey. This scene should have happened in the inevitable Mostimalter event, not tease us with something we won't conclude before months, or even years.
If anything it seems she projecting a bit because of the guilt she feels. Which is her way of coping, however I'm really not much of a fan of the way they portray her tbh.
To be fair all of her friends are sanktas and they all act like a hivemind so it's somewhat understandable where her frustration is coming from, it's like getting left out or being the oddball of your group
