Lorewise, this collectible leads to through a "trial"(conducted by none other than Rhode Island), after which you can access the special floor (7th or 6th floor, depending on if you decided to take on Cresson or not), in which place you shall collaborate with scientists from various nations to reconstruct the Stargate, through which, you shall encounter the final boss for Ending 4. Tldr, Cannot and Rhode Island are the middlemen who will lead you to Star Gate project..... which makes sense actually.
for reminder who will do ending 4: you have to obtain tresscar helm (ending 2) and 50 originium ingot in before floor 7 unless you'll get a lot of collapse value and reduce 4 squad slot

Personally just used Typhon S2 deploy es on teh tile in front of the blue box. Make sure to build the walls in front and next to her. That's how I did it but I leakedb4 enemies... I could have avoided that using Inés S3 tho but I didn't had her at E2 at the time. Hope it help you a little ~

@@jabroni4164 ah damn true the dp points....I had the relic that gives +20dp at the start. But I think with Myrtle and Texas alt you can solve the problem with the first enemies, there are a few melee tiles on the stage
