@@yubiyubiw they proably think to use executor specialist to hold a line from start of a stage. or hold a boss untill the boss dies. very very weird lmao😅

If i recall correctly, Phantom still has advantage on his strong flexibility. This probably means Phantom still has more uses for trust farming while Texas is more into killing high threat enemies one by one that even guards can't take easily. I don't care anyway i'll always put them in my team because they're beautiful and fun to use :3
It is simple: If you seek flexibility, a meat (eva) shield with a clone, low cost and adaptability You go with Phantom But if you think and seek executor as Assassin and want a litteral Assassin Texas Alter Texas Alter is all in on damage, self heal, dps and damage reduction, and she essentially buff her attack again and again and again she has even multi target or single target option But Phantom has reduced dp on retreat, a clone and more flexible skill. The only thing Texas powercreep is if you used Phantom S2 (or Skadi S2) purely for straightforward assassination which Texas do so much better than both it is kind of ridiculous.
@@blazi7560 definitely when you put it in simple terms like that. But they're pretty much right about everything else. Phantom can be used as a meatshield + he got some mad flexibility with his clones. Texas is a helidrop similar to NTR Knight S2 you just drop her on to a group to destroy things
A good chunk of Phantom's use case was deploying him + clone on the same enemy. He still retain his uses for when you need the clone doing something else, and his module also helps with that, but for most scenarios, where you'd bring an executor, Texas will just do the job better
Spalter, Gavialter, Texter, I'll whale for them all. But I'm still holding onto the hope that if HG ever puts out an event about the Followers, we might get Guard Shining.
Upon deployment, removes normal enemies in the surrounding 4 tiles. If the enemy is an elite or a boss, then reduce their max HP, RES, and DEF by 50%. Or something like that, idk lol
@@djblast2109 , that's very niche. You also have to consider how conditional phantom truly is compared to her: higher cost, 2 deployment slots, to have "good" st dps need his clone and himself attacking the same target, and for that u will need good tiles - which is not always the case. and his dps is still nowhere near Texaslol.
i actually dont think she powercreeps phantom. truth be told if not for sparking skalter i would not pull on this banner. So far i fail to see how she's stronger than phantom or the other 6 star enmity defender is better than mudrock. if you think texas alter is higher dmg than phantom, consider this: Nearl alter S2 is the best helidrop operator in the game right now, with modules and other Kazimierz operator synergy to boost. if you want versatility, phantom is better with his shadow. if you want pure dmg, nearl alter. Texas alter sits in an akaward spot
I'd say S2's DPS is gonna be more important overall (It competes with stuff like Surtr's and NTRK's DPS) though obviously for the times where CC is important then S3 is gonna be more useful.
It'd be cool to see her in CC. It'd be kinda hard tho since she's already a glass cannon as it is. Her main shtick is pure damage that as we all know gets nerfed pretty hard in CC. The reason Phantom was used in Deepness was because his crowd control is great and doesn't require him to stay on the field. Texas on the other hand has to stay on the field if you want to use her for control. Higher rarity fast redeploys also get pretty expensive pretty quick which is of course a dynamic in CC as there'll probably be a DP down tag. Phantom got away with this in Deepness because of his module. Unless of course they make the last CC specifically for her to shine.
@@JonaD757 fully healed 1.6k hp, but she lose her damage reduction. IMO using Phantom's clone to tank is pretty similar, probably even better since Texas's talent can proc too early to benefit from it.
So my thoughts. S1 - Pretty basic skill tbh, don't have much to say since it's easily the weakest part of her kit. The silence can be nice at times but it's not like we don't have a FRD silence op (Waai Fu) though the DoT can be nice for -AtkSpd/-Atk risks maybe? S2 - Stupidly strong DPS skill, for reference her DPS is around 2.9k, competing with things like surtr S3. The res debuff although short, is still pretty helpful for other Arts oriented OPs considering that it's spammable due to her being a FRD. S3 - Looks to be pretty solid all things considered, the stunlock could potentially shut down an enemy for quiet a while, especially if she gets a kill so she can re-use the skill. I highly doubt this operator WON'T be meta..
Powercreeping Phantom...maybe. When I say this I don't say it in the sense of "OMG Phantom is unusable!" but in the sense of what situations would you *really* need both Phantom and his clone? Hell Taxes still competes against a max invested Phantom + his clone in terms of DPS with her S2. Let that sink in. When it comes to Penance, I HIGHLY doubt she's gonna creep mudrock. Mudrock simply has too much bullshit in her kit for that lol. Mud's S2 is a great consistent skill, her S3 is great for DPS and the invulnerability gives her more time for shields which is her biggest reason why she won't be crept. Being able to outright *ignore* damage on such a short timer is really really strong and invalidates some slow enemies, while Penenace can better handle fast yet weak hits until she can stack enough barriers.
@@patrickstar8132 thats good for muddy but for phantom... its not looking so good. I may biased since he was my first fully maxed operator but i wouldnt lie when i said i was a little upset to see a limited alter (texas at that) basically taking what little usage phantom has left. Tho i wont complain, i will just not pull for her.
@@iliveforchips1186 yea that's fair, besides just because he usually performs less than Taxes doesn't mean that he's suddenly bad, it's just that a better option is available. You're still able to use him and he'll still put in work, dw :)
wait so how does here skill reset work, after killing mob when skill inactive or during skill active?? didn't understood that part when there were multiple mobs over her.
I think its only active twice,we can see in her first skill after texas kill the first big guy the skill active again, but when texas kill the second big guy the skill did not reset.CMIW
@@fernanda8306 yup she basically redeploy herself after her fisrt kill, regenarating her HP, probably removing debuff and réactivating her skills since they activate when deployed. (Don't know if the talent is triggered if she kill her first mob after the end of her skill though)
@@moagerdome3991 Don't think it'd remove debuff, just says it fully heals her and recasts her skill. If she's stunned and somehow killed with S1 DOT, she's remaining stunned.
Hmm, idk I'd just Surtr/Nearl stuff and use Phantom when in need of a fast redeploy assassin. I guess she's gonna be good if you don't have Surtr or Phantom. PS: Honestly, I might skip her if the other 6 star is not appealing enough. Gavial banner looks way better than this one.
@@slonik0002 Same, and I honestly don't get why. The game does well, so I see no need to make every new unit since Pozyomka even more broken (except Stainless). But Mlynar, Pozy and now Texas are way better than the 6 star counterpart of their archetype (or in Mlynar's case, just attack range)
Because Phantom is physical, Texalter is arts. It depends on the enemy. Pozy is a direct powercreep on Schwarz unless the enemy has insanely high def, which is quite rare. Though, this might just change with Schwarzs mod 2...
@@blazi7560 You say that, but with her built in RES shred and high numbers she doesn't exactly struggle with RES as much as Phantom does with DEF. You'd need a pretty high RES low DEF enemy for Phantom to start shining.
Lmao who even is Skadi anymore 🤣🤣🤣🤣 It's just like Thermite in rainbow six siege, you give hardbreach to other operators and make thermite gadget useless
Skadi is more Abyssal synergy nowadays Which, thanks to Gladiia module and Skadi S1 module, are absolutely cracked It is more Skadi module branch 2 who are buried deeper but I'd argue module 2, a module focused on Skadi competing in a general dps helidrop redeploy rather than focusing on her unique strengths and yet hoping for her to rise above, was always copium of a module. Skadi main talent has always been her Abyssal buff (it is litteraly her main talent) and when it comes to Abyssal synergy, she is cracked.
@@antisaltknight887 Honestly, Skadi's first module isn't used much nowadays. Obviously when not using Abyssals it doesn't offer much compared to a hard hitting MRD, and with Abyssals there's so many buffs that most clears opt for the lower redeploy time anyways. The revive aspect pops up rarely, but 2nd module for her is far more impactful.
@@slonik0002 "and with Abyssals there's so many buffs that most clears opt for the lower redeploy time anyways." Well it didn't took long for you to drop some blatant lies Skadi is the 1st module is the 2nd biggest source of buff for abyssal hunter team beside Gladiia Actual guide on Abyssal team will emphasize both her and Gladiia module team buff Meanwhile a -20s redeployement on 60s cooldown won't benefit abyssal synergy and is just for Skadi selfish use
@@antisaltknight887 It is the second biggest buff, but it buffs HP and ATK. The ATK is nice obviously but Skadi benefits the most from that (which can be substituted with just more deploys while also being more flexible), and Spec2 provides the HP anyways - not that their health is getting low anyways thanks to damage reduction. Not to mention she gets -30s, not -20. Can you show me the clears where Skadi is used with 1st module btw? Since even RenoD uses 2nd more, and abyssal clears on Bilibili are using redeploy 9/10 times. I do admit that if you're duoing with just the two, you might want the stats that's lacking from the other Abyssals at times, but in a full clear?
Phantom is still equally matched, I think this is a case where the new unit doesnt powercreep the other 6* alot. That clone Phantom has helps him alot in being better for burst (since they can stack effects) and the module makes him less costly to use after deployment while Texalter is better for longer on-field duration and DOT (though sword rain doesnt stun them that long when it hits them, plus Phantom’s S2 is a passive, meaning it doesnt deplete overtime until he hits someone and the 10 stacks of atk buff get used up
U should look up more her S3 showcase, she's definitely recommended for people who save pull especially for who Surtless, Ntrless or anymore who can helidrop Her S3 already busted, multiple attack, high arts dmg and finally Can hit aerial Unit!! I would put her 1st list for people who save from now
