Trully a galaxy brain move from HG to release a primal caster that relies on an elemental damage that absolutely nobody else in the roster can inflict.
HG in future: 6* Blast Casters will now have a Delta Mod, Ifrit can now inflict Burn Elemental Damage. All 6* casters can now inflict Elemental Damage with Delta mod.
Primal casters seem to be designed to deal elem damage on the main HP bar itself during the circle recovery after being procced, since elem damage is now the 4th type of damage that's reduced by elem RES. And to proc the circle, it seems to be the job of ritualist supporters like Virtuosa
@@obsiangravel It's less about Primal Casters synergizing with another class and more that they are completely reliant on them as elemental damage isn't a core thing Operators just do. I genuinely dislike how reliant on very specific operators they are right now and hope that we get broader support for them soon.
I'm not gonna focus on her Burn thing since there's no consistent way to deal it beyond Warmy's own S1 (if we can even call THAT consistent). But she is Bnuy and also daughter so I shall build.
I don't know the actual numbers. But she seems like a fair 5* for the multi-target purposes. Yes, I understand AoE casters and chain casters are mehhh, which sorta puts her in the same category. But at least she's not any worse? 😅 Very cute though. So many bunnies. ❤❤❤
@@idonthaveaname11 there's two problems about her -her elemental application is not that good -there no operator that can synergize with her kit. Arturia is different elemental damage type so they can't work together like diamante did she can't do her job alone yet there's no one that can support her kit, yeah her dps is not that bad but i feels like her niche is useless right now
At first I thought "why would people say that she is currently a cery weak op?". Her talent seemed solid amd second skill can deal additional damage if the target is under Burn damage burst. Then it hit me. She is the ONLY one who can deal fire damage (and we have to wait more than half a year to get another one) AND her second skill relies on it but said skill also can't deal fire damage at all. It's as if I'm using a firearm but also keep throwing the bullet with my bare hands
I am rerolling for Warmy. I even got Ray in one of my 5 rerolls but Warmy keeps avoiding me. Edit 1:And now that I've heard her voice i will keep on rerolling Edit 2: I got her right after i started openly complaining. Maybe thats all i had to do from the beginning
It reduces RES by -20 and deals 7000 elem damage over the circle recovery period. And she doesn't seem impressive because proccing the circle is the job of ritualist supporters, of which there's only necrosis dealers like Virtuosa. Primal casters meanwhile are mainly designed to deal max damage during the circle recovery period. Warmy is also only a 5*.
@freakdeath1020 Yeah but without a ritualist, primal casters can't really do much. I first except them to release a burn ritualist and then some burn caster Though I think that Logos fits more as Necrosis so maybe they make him a primal caster
I thought "Cool new elemental damage, nice she has multi hit and can explode multiple enemies" then i realised... she ONLY deals E.D with her first skill....... SHe is sadly "useless in her niche for now. hope another "burn damage operator gets released soon :( So we can test bnuy properly
tbh primal feel suck, they can deal elemtal dmg by skill but warmy s2 doesnt, their trait kind suck tho can HG put like 5 or to 10 % on trait that will deal elemental dmg, oh sorry i just did research about it so there has 2 class one class in pure put on elemental one more focus elemental dmg oriented that depend on, i mean primal need ritualist, hey both can deal elemental dmg but only skill better put trait like can deal elemtal dmg by skill rather ugh let seee in future maybe they save up that that can deal a small percentage to deal elemtal dmg by module
Idk, she is just really meh to the point of being useless, aoe atk is nice and all but come one now, what's the point of ur archetype if u cant do it with ur best skill?
Diamante also has the same problem. It seems primal casters are designed to take advantage off elemental proc by dealing max damage during it, and thus are dependent on ritualist supporters like Virtuosa
@obsiangravel ritualist can deal damage on their own, and can proc it faster and can affect multiple enemies, this archetype doesn't invalidate anyone
From what I saw on Kyostin's live, it can, but only one of the elemental dmg will do the explosion thingy once the bar filled up. So it's like a first come, first serve scenario Edit: I might be wrong tho, so you can just check Kyostin's live
