Il Siracusano - Retrospection level IS-EX-3, Storm Brewing, Challenge Mode, cleared using only Welfare operators.
The strategy here was to have two kill zones. The first clusters around the bend in the pathway near the centre right of the map. I first place vanguards Puzzle and Vigil there to collect DP. I then add sniper Kroos the Keen Glint, healer Lumen, and caster Astgenne. When the Famiglia Luxury Limo approaches, I swap out Puzzle for defender Czerny. Finally, I add Gladiia after the bend to catch any leaks. You need to make use of Czerny's skill 2 because his arts damage helps a lot with the Limos and the Famiglia Terrorizers.
The second kill zone is at the top left of the map, though still healed by Lumen. I use defender Heavyrain and guard Tachanka. When I can retreat one of my operators from the other kill zone, I add caster Lava the Purgatory. I activate Lava's skill immediately, but hold off Tachanka's skill for when the Blood Leger is not active. If all goes well, this works. If not, the Famiglia Silent Cleaners pick of my operators one by one and I fail.
