Arlington police released video of the shooting of a suspect in May. Austin Taylor is accused of shooting at police and leading them on a chase before he was shot 3 times.

Why do officers tote rifles if they're just going to hip-shoot with them instead of putting them to their shoulders and aiming? How many shots did these officers fire at close range, and only score 3 hits on who they were shooting at? Where did all those other rounds end up? Lots of disturbing things here, not as far as the good outcome, but the odd ways in which it was brought about.
