Porque no suena cuando alguien toca an ala puerta? El mío es wireless o será que aún tengo que colocar los cables Gracias por la ayuda

Hola si esta conectado al wifi tiene que sonar si no lo tienes en silencio, revisalo, tambien mira que haya buena senyal desde la app arlo puedes ver el estado de senyal wifi.
