I was reading in some research on Beta, and the research explained that it didn’t do anything for the test subjects during standardized lifting but did substantially helped during cardio (but only after one half hour)...it was only tested on something like 200 subjects so who knows. I’m a big fan of your old pineapple flavored pre workout (hands down the best flavor) so I can’t wait for the new stuff.
