Hi Amanda I love all the 365 videos. I’m confused with this one though.. I copy your arms as on the video but you say the opposite arms .. am I right? Patricia

Hey! This video has been mirrored so when Amanda is saying "Left Arm" it looks like she's using her right arm. So you should follow her instructions and not copy her exact moves. Hope that helps 😄

A bit confusing with the “left” and “right”, I think it’s better you back on us while facing the mirror, so the learners can see both images.
