Smart not fighting Islam on 6 week notice after a fight like tht you need a break and a full fight camp.. why does ilia tupuiroa get a full rest and a fight camp for the volk fight but arman has to be ready in 5 weeks after a fight with a legend while islam is 100% ready and training which is wrestling his training doesnt change hes gnna wrestle dustin. arman clealy won the fight but it was a hard fight and after being in a full fight camp and a hard fight you need rest good smart af. ilia got a full fight camp after beating josh emmet lol

Everyone talks about Charles’ impressive submission attempt in round 1. Nobody talks about how spectacular it was, for Arman to not tap. But instead, strangle his way out and then snatch a victory eventually.

He's overly praised and didn't do enough to beat olivera that night convincingly, draw at most. We all going to see Charles vs islam 2 because it will sell more and it is more exciting. Not Arman and islam. Sorry if that bugs but it's truth. You want to see a full grappling match go watch wrestling or similar stuff. Striking counts more than take downs, in my opinion. Its important to have hands not hold on to someone like dear life. Glad Pereira is bringing that stricking dominance back. Khabib got everyone shook with grappling in the Ufc. And think islam is unbeatable. Islam is weight bullying in that division he needs to move up. Arman needs to strike more and execute if he's grappling fool couldn't choke put charles one bit. Sad.

I’m glad to hear Arman didn’t take an immediate fight with Islam - he needs to prioritize his rest and recover, especially since he completed a fight camp focused around Charles Oliveira. There’s no need to rush into a title fight when you’re the #1 contender - and as a fan, I’d rather see him at his best competing against Islam.

Welll done Arman ..The reason Charels got the 3 round was the same reason you won the 1 2nd round… no damage but you Charels had you in a submission. More of an advantage position. I am a huge fan since the first fight against islam,Arman is a really really special fighter guys and make my words he will be champion one day 100%. People in general may not understand the rules, but how the judge would give the 3rd round to Charles is not clear to me. Striking was 17 significant strikes vs 5. Control time on ground was also in favor of Arman.

Because he had him in the submission a long time and was the closest to finishing the fight. In the wild Arman would have died there with no time limit. Its very influential to the judges. Especially because Arman didn't do much damage with those strikes.

@@alee222 He lost to volk first fight then he fought him again on short notice took no damage but cant fight until after ramadan then complains about having no fight. volk fought ilya right after getting knocked out but islam has to have everything right just to defend against 145 pounders lmao. Can't wait till he gets slept again.

Too bad this was the 4th or 5th best fight performance wise on the card, people would actually be talking about this fight if it were on any other card 😂 Max made everyone forget what happened, Pereira got the heart pumping again, but only for a minute or two, walked through the main event way too easy

There are all the time American judges for American fighters. Should they be banned too? Judges are chosen by credentials and there are three of them. In most sports judges are chosen from different countries so not only one judge is represented. It's also crazy to choose judges from nor the same country because there can be 10-15 nationalities fighting in a card.

About comments in rd 3 - it is simple, in boxing, you can win 99% of round if you get knocked down then you lose this round. This can be the same for mma we score this on damage. If you win about 70% of the round, then and 10% of the round you are getting the equivalent of knocked down, then you should lose this round. This is just my opinion.

Judge is Armenian, doesn't mean he needs to give you the round. What you on about 😂

He didn't say that, it just added to the confusion like he said. He said if it was 50-50 round he would understand if the judge chose same nationality to give the round. But Arman's opinion, it was 90-10 round to him plus the Armenian judge gave it against him.
