Description: Pasadena, California - On April 13, 2024, at 8:39 PM, officers from the Pasadena Police Department contacted an occupied suspicious vehicle on Hudson Avenue near Del Mar Boulevard. The vehicle, a white pick-up truck, was parked facing the wrong way on a one- way street. As officers were conducting their investigation and conversing with the driver, he suddenly sped off. While doing so, the suspect narrowly missed striking an officer with his truck. Now wanted for an assault with a deadly weapon on a police officer, units initiated a short vehicle pursuit that ended when the suspect crashed into the front yard of a home located in the 800 block of Arden Road. The suspect fled from his vehicle and ran into the residential neighborhood. Officers established a containment and organized a search team to conduct yard-to-yard searches. While fleeing, the suspect forcibly entered two occupied residences. With the assistance of the Pasadena Police Department’s airship, officers located the suspect in the rear yard of a property located in the 700 block of Oak Knoll Circle. A K9 dog was first to contact the suspect, however, the suspect still refused to surrender. As the K9 dog was engaged with the suspect, the suspect produced a handgun. The suspect refused to comply with orders to drop the handgun and an officer-involved shooting occurred. As a result of the shooting, the suspect sustained gunshot wounds. Officers performed life-saving measures on the suspect until paramedics from the Pasadena Fire Department arrived. Upon arrival, paramedics continued performing life-saving measures and transported the suspect to a local hospital. The suspect was later pronounced deceased. A handgun was recovered from the shooting scene. No officers were injured during the shooting. The suspect has been identified as 36-year-old Ricardo Guade Andrade, a San Fernando resident.

Yea I thought mine was but Vegas changed the law that any speeding tickets you've had or get from now on just go to collections and u dont get a traffic warrant for them anymore. You also gotta remember you probably grew up and live around much different people than this but everyone voted for it and now it's at your fenced in houses. Yet we have a guy who showered with his daughter, these videos? bread and circus otherwise they'd have a law to hide them unless used in a court case.
Me and I'll tell you why lol I was a victim of crime and I was so traumatized that I developed almost like a phobia of leaving my house, so I read about this treatment where you deliberately watch videos of what you are fearing in order to somehow conquer it. It's probably a crock, but I'm trying anything at this point. My situation was violent because I was held up at work and we fought pretty badly.
@@Glitter6804 I learned to do something like that. That thermal camera on the helicopter had suprising clarity. I don't normally see those kind of shots and I was shocked at the amount of detail it showed, especially at that distance.
FACTSSSSS. TBH I thought they might have had the FLIR and spotting systems, as well as the maybe some 31Bs or Quads to go with. That CAM was CRAZY!!! Reminded me of my shooter days 😅
I was wondering if the helicopter was fly-by-wire and working with the camera's view to make an automatic 360-degree turn around the target at a height and distance they preset. My drone can easily do it by hitting a couple of buttons on the screen; why can't they?

I'm Hispanic and was raised in the 90s. I don't remember my culture being this lost that many years ago. Somewhere between the early 90s and late 2000s, there was a culture shift were our kids stopped being raised with a purpose or a sense of direction to make our life better and to contribute to our community. We can blame it on having two working parents, economic inequality, systematic racism, lack of opportunities, etc. At the end it doesn't matter, because there's clearly something urgently wrong with young minorities. We cannot expect the government to solve our issues. We have to realize as individuals that our life has no productive future and start making progress towards change and make our life's better. I myself moved out of the LA area because I don't want my kids going to school with these types of individuals or much less have them as neighbors. We cannot then complain why no other races want to live in the same communities as ours when we have tons of these types of individuals. Wake up people!!! Educate your kids, prepare them, give them a purpose, and teach them to be productive members of society not a plague.
Man… I have a very similar story as yours… Mexicano/Americano raised in Southern California in the 90s, I moved away and my son got to grow up in a good environment, and he is doing better then I was doing at his age, it was totally worth it👍🏽
I agree with everything you said accept the systematic racism, lack of opportunities and economic Inequality we cant make that the reason for our problems it's due to the breaking down of the family and it's something the deepest state has been doing since the 60s. And it has nothing to do with race. it's the elites of the mystery religions and secret societies and everyone else is profane to them. They tell us it's race so we keep fighting with each other but really we should be looking at the them it's hard because they are so embedded in the shadows. But remember the the verse in Ephesians 6:12 "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." It's all spiritual warfare.
Well...It's Not "Systemic Racism" Because Hispanics Are Not A Race. All The Word "Hispanic" Refers To Is Descendants Of Spanish Speaking Europeans (Mainly From Spain And Portugal) Who Are In The Americas. If Christopher Columbus Was Around Today, He Would Be Referred To As A "Hispanic." The Race Of Hispanics Is Caucasian. My Ancestral Heritage Is German, Your Ancestral Heritage Is Hispanic...And You And I Are Both Caucasians.
There will always be truth and lies and love and hate etc so I do try to have faith that family values will never die. But anyway I do agree with you. When I was a kid in the 80's and 90's gangsta rap was almost a novelty. It was vulgar and full of profanity and was shocking at the time (NWA, 2 Live Crew) but that was the whole point and we didn't take it seriously and also listened to fun hip hop. Some of these kids nowadays think they are living in a gangsta rap music video and really can't tell the difference apparently
I live in Pasadena too & the police are far from chill they’re currently under investigation for all different types of misconduct even against their fellow officers

yea bc he wasnt even running anymore when he was in the backyard and he cuda yelled and told police he had a gun i wonder how drugs or what was in the bag
I believe the Pasadena officers prevented a murder for hire or gang hit. A gang member is in an area where he doesn't belong parked on the wrong side of the street with a weapon. That's why he chose to die by police suicide because he knew either way that he was a dead man.

I can't feel sorry for people who do what the suspect did here.. After 50 years of life in Los Angeles, it is my belief that some people are dedicated to defiance, chaos, and narcissism.
That's what I'm saying the police officer first said I don't know if you have a weapon, I don't know about everybody else but if you've ever been attacked by an animal and you have a weapon in your hand it don't matter if it's a screwdriver you're doing some damage to whatever animal is attacking you that's your first and foremost priority. The man never fired his supposed weapon upon that dog? And then also when the police officer said he tried to run me over, no he didn't you like a dick shit decided to put yourself in between his vehicle and escaped he bumped you because you decided to run in front of the vehicle
Was a lure for the cops to get closer for him to attempt at some shots. Didn’t quite work out in his favor though. The cops here held out long enough, pure patience even though the first officer was super suspicious very early in.

The man was trying to defend his life against the vicious dog that the police didn't pull off. If the police got the dog away he would have been submitting . Instead he had to defend his life by shooting the dog , but the cops instead murdered him for protecting his own life
Probably drugs since he took his sweet time getting a duffel bag out of the truck and carried it with him. Either it was worth too much to leave behind or it belonged to someone else who he feared more than the police.

Im in no way saying this was a good man and his life was worth having, but, at one point or another these cops will kill someone who is a good man and whos life is worth something with no regrets.
"You're gonna die right now." I think thats way more powerful than "youre gonna get shot etc." That might make somrone else trying to pull a gun or something else think twice.
Yeah problem is that the first thing *might* be interpreted as a threat because it could be construed as you proclaiming you will kill them instead of "neutralising the threat". If you warn them to abide by a lawful order or overwhelming force will be used, that's just your training and explaining that if they become a threat, the threat will be neutralised. I also think wording like "stop it or you will die right now" or "if you do not stop I will kill you"/"I will end your life" would paint a more clear picture to someone in fight or flight mode. That being said, the officer proclaimed multiple times that he would get shot, but he didn't get shot, so moot point I guess.
@@CFootprints Yeah I agree with you on what you said i didnt think of it like that. At the end of the day one never knows exactly how someone might respond in fight or flight mode. Although I think "you're gonna die right now" sounds a lot better than "I'm gonna kill you." The latter seems much more personal and more of a threat than the former in my opinion
From what I can tell, police rarely are allowed to say such things because in court, a lawyer will claim those statements were an indication that the cops were bent on killing the guy no matter what.

At about 8:00 into this video, the suspect in the white pickup took off nearly running over a police officer. Both officers had every right to use lethal force to defend themselves. No one has the right to use their vehicle has a weapon to try to run over officers.
Kinda why I think cops shouldn't be allowed to use dogs bc it seems cruel and unethical not to mention huge liability to use animals in dangerous work where HUMANS DIE but you can't kill a dog that is mauling you that they let chew on ppl all the time and if you do kill a dog it's charged as if it's a human. 1) Don't use animals for police dirty work and subject them to dangerous situations especially foot chases. 2) But if you must use dogs for some reason ? then don't charge people with death of a LEO WHEN IT FUCKIN CHEWS ON THEM AND CAN POTENTIALLY HAVE PERMANENT NERVE DAMAGE TENDON DAMAGE ETC. AND WOULD HAPPILY KILL WHAT THEY ARE LATCHED ONTO IF NOT FOR THE COPS PULLING IT OFF LIKE A MAN IN A DRUNK FURY BUT THEN AGAIN COPS ARE ALLOWED TO LIE IN INVESTIGATIONS TO GET FALSE COERCIONS/CONFESSIONS BUT IF A COP RANDOMLY STOPS YOU ON THE STREET AND YOU GIVE A FAKE NAME ITS A CHARGE🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ SEEMS LEGIT 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
