This might not mean anything at all, but after seeing the film the first time alone last week (and 5X NOW!) I've become genuinely obsessed with this two men, and I've never been obsessed with any other actors ever before. Their chemistry is just sooo pure and honest, BEYOND what I've witnessed in many romantic films. And I'm glad their real friendship continues in real life, or as Armie himself admits, "our love is as real as it gets". ^_^
It's only playing in NY and LA now, expanding in more cities starting December 8, and more, and more, until the Nationwide release in the U.S. on January 19. Outside the U.S. they have several screenings in places and film festivals like in Singapore, PH, or Bangkok.

@Saundra Dalgleish Call me by your name is the phrase Oliver says to Elio "call me by your name and I'll call you by mine" (but what does this phrase means? idk too I didn't read the book) as for Elio still seeing the girl and Oliver getting married, maybe they're bi or just faking it, y'know, since the movie is set in the 80's homosexuality wasn't that accepted. And as why Oliver calls to tell he's getting married to Elio, I also don't know, but yeah that was cruel. I hope I've helped.
I watched this a second time and noticed that what Armie said about Timmy is so apparent after Armie shares the best relationship advice he's ever received (around 11:30). You can totally see Timmy's analysis of the statement on his face right before he really reacts to it and says "wow"...haha i loved that!

First of all, the movie shocked me! Moreover, watching the reviews, I realize the men are different in real life! Secondly, I am a 77-year-old mother of a 42 year-old man, and I am amazed what a sweet boy Timmt is - is he really like that?! Go on like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I wish you all the best in all your endeavors! Armie, you are unquestionably great!
Armie is just a nice guy, funny and very supportive of Timmy. It is a rare for an actor with that caliber and experience to open and generous on interview and he is not boring at all.
I love the way they try to embarrass each other every chance they get with Armie's dancing and Timmy's rap video. And they both get so flustered it's adorable

Armie gets very excited at the concept of talking to yourself and interrupts everyone for like a minute straight. It's adorable and gives me hope that I too may be endearing when I excitedly charge into a conversation without my breaks on.

Watching these clips, I see a lot of Elio in Timothee... smart and thoughtful but still awkward at times and naive. Very much like his Elio character. On the other hand, Armie seems the opposite of Oliver... it's hard to remember him as Oliver while watching these clips. I think that speaks to how good an actor Armie truly is, that he can create a character so unlike himself and make it believable.

Ha ha...CMBYN! Time has passed and the two guys have changed so much. I don't think we'll know anything more about Hammer as an actor and that's a pity, but we'll definitely know about Chalamet, we're already seeing how much he's changing.
