Hey thanks as always for your support. I really appreciate it. Yeah I’ll get that video out later this week for sure. We (I) began the demolition and remodeling of our kitchen so my wife has me turning and burning in every direction this fall! I’ll still crank out videos and hopefully on a regular basis. Stay tuned

Nice! I wasn't happy with the non-compatible face plates between Hoth and Endor Troopers either, so I just got busy with a Stanley (exacto?) knife, boiling water and a bit of superglue until I had all 4 of them in each outfit, by basically "forcing" the faces to fit. However, that was not particularly following any set path, rather just fiddling with each individual head until i was happy with it, so I'm fascinated to see what you did. I ended up with ten really nice Endor Troops, all looking fairly different by also buying a second Heroes of Endor set, which I took the accessories of helmets, ponchos and coat and kitbashed them between Endor troops, a Classifieds Lady Jay and a couple of Cassian Andors from the Andor line with headswaps of other figures thrown in too, for a nice variety of looks. I was well happy with the result. I'd again be interested in your dye procedure as I have 20 Hoth Soldiers. 4 of those have the different face plates, but the rest just rely on the accessories we got with them, for their different looks.
I'll add a second comment here as well. What really pissed me off apart from the face plates not being compatible was Has-lo not giving us the Black Guy face plate of the actor who played an EndorTrooper... They, Dis-mal-ney and LF absolutely love to virtue signal how diverse, and progressive and inclusive they are, but don't bother giving us that guy. All it would need was a tiny face plate and another neck piece with the same skin colour, or, if they had to be cheap, they could have painted the neck piece grey, as part of the uniform. They didn't even need different hands, as they wear gloves... This addition would have cost no more than a few pennies and considering the Endor Trooper was deluxe priced, it really was poor. For the record, that deluxe price should have also come with some type of soft goods poncho and painted bloody knees as well!
Sorry!! After that rant I didn't even say I made the Black guy myself with the Luke Helmet, a Classifieds Roadblock head and the Endor Trooper body, with various bits to accessorise him.
Great way to add some variation to the display man. I really wish they included another faceplate with this figure. The Hoth trooper is so good with all the combinations possible with the accessories. I wish it had carried over with the endor trooper. But I still like this figure! I know we’ve talked about this before, but I really dig the old comics as the backdrop.
