On the subject of NPC clothing, I've always really liked the idea that anything in the game that can be worn by a playable-race NPC could also be worn by an actual player. Being able to wear an apron as a PC to roleplay as a butcher or a blacksmith or whatever would be cool. =)
I like that you are working on Armor look . I hope they are style so not everyone look the same. Hopefully they will not be best armor everyone wear but different armor with minor stat differences so people focus on look.
