For ANYONE having difficulty with the boss, use the Stock weapon for your right hand, the double-swipe blade you can buy, the back-moutned 8 cell missiles. Soon as the fight starts, get behind him ASAP to dodge his attack and use your sword. Stick to mid-range combat and ONLY go for sword swipes if you know he's using his missile spam. Phase 2, stay airborne and outta his way, and every time he has an AC Overload, slice him up.
I tried everything couldn’t beatem, closest I got was a very small sliver, but after trying 100 times I failed. I think bosses should be hard, but not to the point no matter what you do, the AI “pre programmed” just is too OP for me.
the boss is perfectly ok. challenging but not impossible. you'll eventually get it. you have to know when to push and when to back off. loadout is key. build is key. you can watch build videos but bear in mind that the effectiveness of showcased builds are dependent on the user's skill range. good luck.
