Former President Jacob Zuma's corruption case known as the arms deal trial returns to the Pietermaritzburg High Court on Tuesday. The court is expected to hear a pre-trial application by Zuma for the removal of Advocate Billy Downer as prosecutor from his trial. Zuma and French arms company Thales face charges of corruption, money laundering and racketeering in connection with the controversial arms deal in the 1990's.
