Senator Armstrong attempt to assassinate the president but Raiden has come to stop him and while in the chaos that previously happened wolf has come to help Raiden stop Armstrong in his efforts. In a desperate battle to the death Armstrong's emotions plus his weakened state make him lose the fight. (I kinda did have a maxed sword)
