Raiden fist has a higher output of force than him stopping the ship in mgs4 which is heavier than metal gear ray. This raiden was wounded, tired and didn’t have the two upgrades to his cybernetics from metal gear rising. So yea Armstrong would be a ok.

@@TheEvilLordExdeath Yeah... cause Nanomachines need time to react to the hit, while in Stopped Time, unless already hardened, it's basically going to be super strong hits against a mostly normal body that probably can't take those hits. Only way for Armstrong to have a chance of winning after that is dependent on him surviving afterwards and regenerating.

To be honest Dio might have a chance here if he makes a decent time stop. The nanomachines inside Armstrong react to physical contact but it not instant. It takes some time to harden the part that is about to be damaged. This is why Sam cut off Armstrong arm (by simply being faster then hardening of nanomachines). So Dio in theory can hurt him if he notices this too.

Dio is a lot faster tho. He can casually deflect light speed attacks from many directions. Not to mention the time stop which for some reason Dio used once in the video despite him being able to spam it. Also Dio has some op hax that ignore durability.

Probably wouldn't even need that. His speed is exceeded only by the fastest stands, and some will argue he's as fast or faster than them (I disagree). He's far stronger than any stand, and his durability is so great Star Platinum could 7 page muda him without much harm. Even if he can't hurt or see the stands he'd beat most stand users.

The durability of Armstrong in insane btw, the fact that Armstrong can easily tank Raiden's punches is a feat on its own. But when you account the HF blades where they vibrate so fast that they have the ability to slice in between atoms, and this guy was literally tanking them before the best HF blade came into the picture. Not only that, he was also tanking those attacks by the most skilled swordsman of their universe, Jetstream Sam. His destructive power is also insane, being much more powerful than the Metal Gears.

Its kinda funny how *bizarre* stands can get to the point where they actually have a good chance to beat Armstrong. Obvious one are vanilla ice and the hand but other stands have a good chance. For example, Metallica has a chance to manipulate Armstrong's nanomachines into just stabbing him. Or how soft and wet can just straight up steal the endurance of the nanomachines which leaves Armstrong vulnerable

false you see vanilla ice is a vamp and metallica isnt strong enough to to make the nano machines do anything to armstrong since his sexiness neglects all damage from outside sources in his body

funny thing is, The World actually CAN beat Armstrong if it uses its Time Stop, as we saw Sam was able to cut off Armstrong's arm when he was taken by surprise, without enough time to react with his nanomachines. Since Armstrong can't react in stopped time, the nanomachines won't work
