Why was I thinking the same thing. Just having them pop up on the screen instead of saying them somehow silently was more impactful. And Devon just working out. Epic man. Imagine what it must be like to be Devon. He’s so dedicated in his endeavor so strong I wonder what it feels like day to day or even those days when champions clash. Must be cool but at the same time he in ways is just another human and normal. I love watching his videos and I’veactually been quite committed to working out lately and I’m starting to look great I partly owe some of that to Devon for motivating me so thanks man. Stay focoused Devon and do not push yourself too hard I’m sure you feel the need to pack in as much training as possible before this match. Trust in the process and I think with the training style you have now you could be quite close to perfection.!!! Cheers man

people still have time for depression ? bro i wake up everyday at 4;45am, hit the gym, then heavy work, and then after i get home i am so melted that i chill watch some Devons or play chess and sometimes pass the fk out on the couch, wake up and start over. XD if you stay busy and always move forward you dont have time for that crap, only people with too much time get depressed.

If you think about it more deeply, you may destroy his faith and hope. because depression do exist !!! It takes courage to talk about it. PTSD do exist either and are coming from daily situations at any age of your life. Good for you if you’re out of depression but please adjust your manners when you are speaking about people and depression. What are you talking about, life is not about crying and being a victim, you gotta wake up and survive one day at a time to the best of your abilities, or the alternative is the nonsense that you just wrote.
