The field goal kick is a great addition to Game Day. I tuned into Game Day all season and looked forward to it. Pat & Herb do a great job working it with the crowd. Seeing so many students miss it makes you have more respect for the actual kickers.

If you never kicked it a field goal before its not. Not saying a 30-yarder without a line to kick over is some savant-level skill. But there is a learning curve the first several kicks. THink they also try to pick the most least athletic looking people lol

it took me almost 10 tries to make a 35 yard field goal at the college football hall of fame. Its a lot harder than it looks and I was a collegiate athlete. I still think I'm as athletic as I was when I was 18 😆.
