bbgumbabe make sure before you unpack that you’re actually going to stay at humphreys. I was supposed to stay but ended up in Area 4 Camp Walker, they love to switch your unit at the last minute!🤦🏾♀️
Brandi, Very true. NCOs and officers have it a little better, but the video was geared towards showing a glimpse at what you may have at Humphreys new barracks are currently being built so we may have better living situations in the future.
I want to say thank you for serving our country and thank you for the house tour... I seen you on Michaels live stream and wanted to support and smash that like button
reg reginald @ Camp Long in a Wonju, Army personnel had old Quonset Huts. The Air Force Detachment had modern (1964-85)two story apartments w/a fridge, tv, & cut pile carpeting
Thanks for showing us your living area while serving. Looks like those previous tenants left you some pretty handy items lol! The pink broom was my favorite lol! Thank you for all you do!!!!
@@KerwinStewart was there a kitchen in your barracks common area I was told that the aviation barracks only had kitchens on the floor as a community space. how was the living situation for E4 and below are they putting soldiers two to a room in aviation?
Great video. I love revisiting K6. I was there in 78/79 and things haves obviously changed. My room consisted of me and two Katusa's. The shower was shared by the whole barracks. The hot water would kick in and off so when you were in the shower it would go from cold to scolding hot in seconds.I learned not to stand in the stream of water for more than 2 seconds at a time. Cherry Boy...
Oh i know, last time i was in Korea they put me in the E-4 and below barracks BECAUSE they said the nco barracks was full, the next day i went to the nco barracks and started kicking E-4’s out. Damn barracks managers.
When you get a chance you should do a video on the pros and cons of being in the army??? I would like to hear your thoughts and views whenever you get a chance because I’m looking into signing up For the army
@@KerwinStewart does it still have the same small leaking water spot in the motorpoool ?? Are barracks were next to a dfac, and a indoor pool water training, then we moved to the barracks by Charleys and supergym, by the prison.
Anytime. Recently added my socials to the description... Follow me, please! Let's always stay connected! Being real is the only way, and the only thing i know to be!
Good stuff. I deployed with 16th CAB in 16-17 and am heading to Humphreys in about 6 months. I recognized the patch because we work with 593rd sometimes.
Really nice video 👍🏾 I’m curious though, did you get special permission to make this video and post it? I have a friend there and he says there’s restrictions on phone usage - like taking videos and pics while on base.
I haven't seen any restrictions on using your phone, what I am very mindful of is not taking any footage of things that a confidential or large view of areas on base. Most of the footage on my channel will be about public events that take place here on post and are sometimes open to the general public. I pride myself in always showing the Army in a positive light and showing what this great organization has to offer!
Kerwin but all rooms are like this regardless? That’s really all I care about. I could care less if there’s someone sharing a common area. I don’t want to share an actual room with anyone 😂
