The whole evil dead series was perfect, never took itself too seriously.

I remember watching the alternative ending, where Ash took 5 drops instead of 4, and wakes up in post apocalyptic London. It was both dark and hilarious, with Ash saying, "I slept too long!"

Probably my most quoted movie. Truly a magnificent franchise. Always loved the fact that Ash wasn't some invincible super hero (I loved that crap when I was a kid, but now it's just so cliche). He took his lumps and persevered mostly through dumb luck and swagger. Hail to the king, baby.

My friend introduced me to this trilogy, and we watched all 3 films back to back. One word to describe it...groovy

This is one of my favorite horror comedies! I got such a good laugh from the graveyard scene where he forgets the the spell for the book and summons the undead XD

This is the only Evil Dead movie I've seen and was allowed to watch as a kid, and to this day, it's just as awesome and funny as when I watched it as a kid.

This movie was my first introduction to Mr. Ash Williams! It made want to seek out the other movies in the series. I've been a huge fan of both Evil Dead and Bruce Campbell ever since!

Army of Darkness is my favorite sequel in the trilogy, because it was really fun and hilarious to watch, plus this is where Ash Williams became the hero of the franchise.

I was a huge Evil Dead fan when I was a younger man. Army of Darkness came out after I became a young father, working as much as I could with no time for fun. At first I was disappointed that it wasn't Evil Dead 3 but it ended up being my favorite out of the trilogy because it was so fun.

Took you a few tries to get this one up but you know what? I am glad you persevered.

When I was a kid I was aware of The Evil Dead but had never seen it, I did however see this movie and for years I thought it was just a comedic parody of The Evil Dead. I always liked it for the fun movie it was!

I caught part of this on T.V. once, having never seen/heard of the previous films, and thoroughly enjoyed it. I think I tuned in around the time Ash was retrieving the book, so admittedly I didn't see a lot of the film, but I was able to realize that this was the character that was used as the basis for a "User" during ReBoot's 3rd season. Groovy!

I think for a lot of people, like myself, this was our introduction to the Evil Dead Franchise. I’m so many ways this is the perfect gateway for many main streamers who are interested in Sam Raimi’s rabbit hole!

Definitely in my Top Five! The University of Arizona at Tuscon showed it on a theatre screen years after it's release and I was lucky enough to attend! Such a great time!

I'd like to see the Changeling, starring George C. Scott get some attention. That's a great movie that no one seems to have heard of.

I really with studios would understand their audience. The original ending where ash wakes up in the future seems SO much better then how AOD actually ended

I am still glad I got to meet Bruce Campbell at a book signing many years ago. He gave a fun speech and was just a genuinely nice guy.

It's rare that a sequel is better than the first. T2 and Aliens come to mind, but I can't think of any other series/trilogy that the third movie is by far and yonder the best one. Feel free to correct me if you can think of any.

Mom hired this out back when we'd just gotten a DVD player. It was on the weekend I had my best friend over for a sleepover and we absolutely loved it! On the Monday back at school we kept saying to each other "little goody two shoes"

Its my personal fav in the series, though I love each of them in their own way. The dark humor, medieval setting, and wacky action make it tops for me. Just the right vibes all around and thanks to your video I'm excited for my first re-watch in probably 10 years lol. Let's go!

I love the first 2 movies for the campy horror and over-the-top gore, i love this movie for the overall silliness, and i love Ash Vs. The Evil Dead for being an amazing blend of all aspects of the franchise. Easily my favorite horror franchise, hands down. HAIL TO THE KING, BABY

I don't think this one will ever get old. Have my mom to thank for introducing me to this movie. I had found it on tv one halloween after hearing about it from her and never regretted it. At the time I don't believe I'd ever heard of evil dead much less had any idea it was a third movie.

This is one of my favorite 'feel good' movies- I'll watch it at least 6 times a year.

My Favorite Film, and the 1st to introduce me to the Evil Dead series Plus it had a addicting Mobile Game which made me appreciate the film and familiarize the characters even more

It was funny and a counterintuitive departure from the rest of the series. The humor and a more everyman type hero in ash made it work.

This movie actually scared me as a kid but the zany humor made it watchable. So great. Bruce Campbell is incredible. Im so glad they decided to revive the franchise with Ash vs the Evil Dead.

I honestly wished there was more of this movie, like the humor, and the skeletons, with goofy sounding voices and puns.

First movie to get me into Horror. I love it. Why I ever watch scary movies, I instinctually say I can kill whatever monster. That way if I ever fall into a horror in real life, I'll be ready.

Just saw Evil Dead 2 tonight at the local Drafthouse and have tickets to Army of Darkness next week. Saw part one last week. So awesome I could finally see all three on the big screen while getting trashed on whiskey and cokes, lol.

Myself I would have to say I enjoy Army of Darkness the most. I have also seen Evil Dead the musical and if you can see it live do it, it's a treat. But for me I wish more the deleted scenes and extended moments were put back in because several moments the wind mil especially are out of shorts and can be a little off. Otherwise a fun and odd to say light hearted movie.
