The elevation of the commander of the Police Presidential Guard Charity Bainababo to the rank of Brigadier General follows in the footsteps of the bush war veteran Lieutenant General Proscovia Nalweyiso and the former UPDF spokesperson Brigadier Flavia Byekwaso.
