You might want to scale back champ. You made it to the elite level of Bodybuiling. A couple of shows a year max, leave the rest to business/sponsor work/ social media. In my estimation, the body is not designed to be going up and down so many times in a year. All the best, you're a big motivation for myself and a lot of others. Peace

Rarely post RU-vid comments but have a little free time and just saw the Arnold backlash. From Manchester and you are the best bodybuilder we have had in the UK in a long time. I don't pretend to know someone based on their social media interactions but can see you are genuine, as is your supportive wife. Your achievements are already incredible and to be honest, unexpected for me after following you early on. Last year is still in the books and second to that version of Hadi is no fucking shame. No doubt you will do what you can to safely improve the conditioning. Clearly have the work ethic. Fuck the noise.

Samson has one of the best chemists working with him. Hadi also has a proven chemist on his side. Diet and training play's a very small part of what their "coaches" do. 90% of their job is the drug access and protocols for these guys.
