@@user-fg6xi6ov6x I'll try to make it simple for you... think of the brain like your bicep , there is only a certain amount of reps you can do with them that's what we call your max...so the reason people dont do amreps all the time is because they need arms to function for life and not just have two wet noodles dangling...it's the same principle for your brain everytime it says no to something tempting it's doing a rep and there is only a certain amount of reps it can do before its overloaded and says yes to the temptation...so why even put it in the position of saying no, just avoid looking and being around temptation...
