I work for HP and the cancer of the company has a name INDIA TECHNICAL SUPPORT , customers dont understand them and Internal HP workers dont understand them neither!!!Always giving internal problems to HP and making our work more dificult , I believe its because of the cost , cause they are really cheap and you know how bad is their education , CHEAP = CRAPPY customer service
