This is a reflection on CM's incompetence to run the state of Goa. He's lacking basic administrative skills. The entire infrastructure in Goa is in a mess because of his incompetence. We have never seen such a mess when Parrikar was CM.
No, this mess is a continuation of what Manohar Parrikar was doing. He encouraged mass immigration, especially from BIMARU states, via Konkan Railway for votebank purposes and also to continue the destruction of Goan society (like the typical Bamonn, he resented the native Catholic majority). He also mentored Sawant and handpicked the Marathi manoos personally to succeed him as CM.

She's completely shaken what's happening in Goa is more Important than her language of statement going from English to konkani both languages are accepted. People in Goa don't frequently converse in english with everyone.
