Helpful video, thank you! We just got our Hotel Collection presidential unit hooked up yesterday. Sounds like you paid for the unit up front. Another option for folks is a payment plan. Our plan is $120 a month which goes towards the price of the unit ($1,400), one 500ml bottle per month ($140) and an extended 3 year warranty. Plan lasts for 3 years. Its definitely a big commitment and with the constant sales, hard to say how good of a deal it is but seems pretty good to us overall.

Been using my hvac diffuser for about a year now and love it. Ordering a second one for my upstairs hvac system next . I’ve been using MYWAY, going to try a different scent next .
have your hvac guy add a pressure switch and use that to connect r and g so anytime it comes on the blower in the furnace or air handler will come on. we have done that for a customer
I recently ordered my table units which are the wireless mini, the DaVinci 360 and the Van Gogh. Why 3? Well I have a bi level high ranch about 2400 feet in total. We started out with the Museum 360, but realized it wouldn't work in our home, since my HVAC unit is in a crawl space in our ceiling. Plus, my husband and I are not handy and not willing to go into the crawl space to change fragrances monthly. In addition, I decided I did not want to be in a contract with Aroma 360 and their finance company although I was approved. I also want to say, before I got all involved with the diffusers, I first ordered fragrances to see which ones I would like. I happened to luck up on one that I LOVE, named "Across the Universe" That's the one thatwould
Ok so what if we want to use a oil scent that’s not of hotel collection I mean I like my house to smell like seasons sometimes like for fall pumpkins so can it be used for other oils ??

Thanks for the info. This is my second time watching. A good bit of time in between. I’m still undecided. Does the unit coordinate with the hvac system? Meaning, when the air is on (always in Florida) the hvac will blow cool air for a bit then stop and then start again in order to maintain the temperature. Ok so, does the diffuser coordinate with the hvac in a way that scent is being released when the air is blowing and is not being released when no air is flowing? Am I making sense? I’m just trying to figure out if during the run time of the diffuser is it constantly pushing out scent or is it coordinated with the flow of air through the hvac system.

I’ve read and heard too many negative reviews. I came to the conclusion it’s too big of a commitment to invest in. From what I understand customer service is horrible.
Great video! I recently got the VanGogh360, so the machine is a little different, but the maintenance will be the same (running alcohol through). Overall, great to hear your positive experience. Love your energy. I’m excited to get it all set up. 👏🏼
It’s was better than any explanation that the company itself has given! Cant thank you enough! I haven’t set my unit up but my only complaints are the CS. They empowered (and paid) brand ambassador ie paid social media influencers to sell their products and unless you become a “VIP” and sign a 3 year locked contract for $165/month these ambassadors are no help at all. CS doesn’t respond to emails, and their chat is done off shore and useless. So THANK YOU for this! Just one question for you: I bought one unit that will only serve my downstairs unit (because I have two zones in my house and two separate units… has anyone tried to jigger the tubes to make a splitter so you can have one tune from the scent bottle actually punch into to separate units? I understand that I will most likely go through the oil faster (depending on settings) but wondering if anyone has done that before? The one unit I have BTW will cover the total square footage of my house.
Ooooouuuu this is a great question..... And yes Customer Service is very weak. Definitely need to fix that! A splitter is such a great idea. I haven't tried it and I am hoping someone sees your comment and responds, if they have done it. I think it will be just fine and with the adjustment of settings you may go through your oils at the same rate, without a splitter. After using the scent diffuser for a few weeks, I changed my settings to scent less, because my home smelled so good; so when the scent machine kicked it, it was more so maintaining the scent in the home. I think you will be just fine with a splitter. I would love to know your experience as well :-)
Did you have to fill out a credit app? They offered me a free Van Gogh but I had to do a credit pull to “cover the price of the oils every month”. Sounds real scammish to me. Can I just buy a hvac system from somewhere?
My air flows through my furnace down and comes up through the floor vents, so do I put the diffuser on top of the furnace? Where the mist flows through the furnace and then up through the floor vents, or would this make the mist from the diffuser come in contact with the flame from the furnace and cause a explosion? Idk
Great question, that I am not too sure off, but I would avoid anything that will cause an explosion hahah. I would contact their support team; they should be able to give you answer on this! The company also has the table top scents as well.
My contractor told me not to use hvac diffuser because the oil can build up inside my hvac duct and that’s bad the system. Any thoughts? I have one but just place it in the middle of the house.
Great comment! I am no expert in HVAC, but I did do a little bit of research after I saw your comment, and I do not see anything regarding oil build up inside hvac duct, but the actually hvac diffuser can have some oil build up which can be mitigated by routine maintenance. But hey, as long as you can smell it, it doesn’t matter the placement. It’s a win win; in my opinion.
Saw this comment and just wanted to call out that their website specifically says that this is a no residue system. Also hotels use it so I wouldn't think they would put their expensive HVAC systems at risk.
I've had the Villa going to my HVAC for less than a month. Have my work time on 75, pause on 110 or 120 but I can't smell it as much as I'd like...but I do work from home and never thought about me kinda being "immune" to the scent. Just know as much as I've paid for the diffuser and the oils? I need to smell it, lol. Gonna try to go up to 95 and see. Was worried about me going through too much oil so i appreciate u telling me what that day # on the display meant. Still tryna figure out how or if this has wifi feature as I've seen nothing about in its paperwork or online.
Hahah super facts!!!! Try to include the ml/hr that should help and also your air will have to run for a little so it can disperse through your home - which I’m pretty sure you know. I’m glad you found value in this video. Please let me know if you would like me to clarify anything. And as far as the Wifi feature, when I asked Hotel Collection about they said they were working on an update to app so it could connect but it does not work at this moment. 😅
Work 75 is too much. You'll always have to refill too frequently. Meanwhile they are overpriced. I bought mine o. Ebay new, they all came from China including hotel collection, aroma 360 and brilliant.
Have you had any issues with leaking? Or troubleshooting leaks? Our presidential diffuser is on your recommended settings, and has run out of oil twice in less than 2 months! The machine says it should last 122 days! Ugh
I just got the unit (Villa) and have changed the fragrance (cleaning with alcohol in between) and have it set at 35 for pause 110 at 6.5 intensity! And can’t smell it at all! Have it going 8-8 as well. Even had neighbors come over to see and barely smell anything! Tried My Way, Dream On, Allure and currently have Cabana in!! What am I doing wrong? I just want to be able to smell it like every advertisement etc! Both my neighbors have the same unit and I can smell it in there house!!

Hello Jenny, it might be the way your event(s) is/are configured. It could be the times or it could be that non of the days are checked off which would enable the diffuser to work at the specific times and days you choose. Can you please let me know what your settings are and possible what days have a check or small triangle under it?
@@Holiwood31 You have to run your fan prettty much all day because the machine will be outputing scent every 30 seconds up to 300 seconds. I have mine running for 50 minutes in the hour. Some people have setup their fan to run with the hvac diffuser, but it requires a lot more automation and it isnt easy.
The volume setting doesnt adjust anything to be honest. It tells the system how much liquid scent you are putting in, but it will adjust the setting as the diffuser is being used. What you will want to do is adjust the ML/H, work and pause so that it does not scent as much and as often. My apologizes for the delayed response.

What is your work on? And also what days do you have your unit scenting on. I think that may be one of the issues. Change your work to 60, and make sure your days have been selected as well.
Also one other question…. I know Aroma 360 wont say yes….and it will null the warranty on the unit. But can you use any other diffuser oils made for HVAC systems? meaning if Magic scent has some crazy sale.. can I put that oil in my Aroma 360 unit?
Hello!! Thank you so much for tuning into the video and I am so glad you found it helpful. I have not used other oil diffuser outside of Hotel Collection, however, I think it would be fine. Magic scent is a reputable company and I doubt and they make scent specifically for oil diffusers, that shouldn't be a problem at all. I am actually going to branch away from Hotel Collection or Aroma360 scents, just because they can be a bit on the pricer side hahah. I hope this helped out. Anyone else? Please chime in :-)
Yes you can oil is oil just each company makes there own fragrance. Will work fine with other brands and companies . I do recommend high quality oils not ones watered down .

Absolutely. And no apologizes at all. I completely agree with you on the wifi capabilities. It is super annoying. When I purchased the unit, I downloaded the app, tried to get it to work, then gave up and contacted them and they told me the same thing -- that they are working on the wifi capabilities lol. I hope they figure it out, because it would be nice to have!
Hello Shuggy, You may need to decrease the ml/hr to .5 or 1. It may be too high and also, you work (how long the machine is scenting) may be too short, change it to 90. Try this out and let me know if that works for you.
I think you might have let it work all day all week, plus what Buaduminsight said. Just set it to work while you work and turned off while you are away from home (that's if you have constant schedule) If you are always home, let it be off when you are sleeping at night, and let it turned off some hours of the day. It will still smell well because you already had some in the air.
Thank you 😊 How long does your oil last on these settings? Our machine calculations are waaay off. I called CS & the lady recommended W: 40sec P: 160sec Rate: 5ml/h 😳 I’m leaving the rate low and hoping it will last longer. But no chance it lasts the 454 days my diffuser calculates 🤦🏼♀️
Hello Margaret, remote for which product. The HVAC scent diffuser doesn’t have a remote. If it’s the other products, you may have to contact Hotel Collection to see if they can send you another one. Sorry for the mishap, if they forgot!
The wifi does not work on it at the moment. When I asked customer service about how I could control the scent diffuser remotely, they stated that their app needed to be updated so it doesn’t work at the moment.
It’s crazy that yall are out here purchasing HVAC systems when hotels actually have the ones that sit in a corner behind a couch😂😂😂😂😂 it’s not in the HVAC system. But hey go off.
Hahah I say the same thing, but it’s where we have the unit at. It’s connected to the metal that holds the HVAC. Probably shouldn’t have put it there. But when the door is closed, you can barely hear it.

@@leonut81 Their customer service is atrocious. There are multiple complaints on BBB and people including animals have been getting sick. Look at the ingredients in it. I have a Hotel collection diffuser and I am trying to find a way to make it myself so that it is safe for me and my pets. I cannot believe the number of complaints.

Couple of questions: - What type of diffuser do you have? Maybe you can help others find cheaper/better options. - Did you watch the video? I never paid $1500 for the diffuser, I clearly state, to wait for discounts. I purchased this diffuser for less than $900. - If you were so annoyed by the video, why watch it and take the time to comment, if it’s not to help educate others on other options? - Annoying, I love it, elaborate - constructive criticism is good, but I guarantee you there isn’t a video that is as informative about this specific product that this 😅
So um...I'm on the east coast and our winters be WINTERING. Even in the house. So your saying....I have to turn on my AC or fan for the scent to circulate the scent?? In the dead of winter ??
Hahah. Love the comment, but you can turn on the heat as well. Just air needs to circulate in the house for it to disperse. Sometimes when your HVAC fan is on auto run, it will blow air through your home, that will help as well.
