Guns were around when I was in my working years. Seen disputes among co-workers, managers. No one was shot. 4 of my co-workers were hunters. Guns and bows/arrows, practiced on targets outback of the shop. So, it's not the amount of weapons, it's something wrong with people's minds!! That is hardly ever mentioned. Why? Weapons more easily attained in the 1970s, yet Weapons being used on people at work, school didn't happen. Weapons are not telling people to use them to settle a score. It's whatever happening in the minds of perpetrators.

These places of employment are arrogant. It is not out of the realm of reason someone gets killed in them by a former employee the way they treat people. I've seen people working for places for decades be let go for punching in two minutes late. Even though the bosses of the company can come to work 30 minutes late or an hour late without getting in trouble. They would just adjust the time they showed up in the computer. I was let go by a company because some lady got mad i turned down her advance so she told management I wanted to kill her entire family. Even with zero proof and with other employees backing me i got kicked. I have seen companies trying to fire people who made a lot of money for working there a long time so they can replace them with younger employees who made way less money. These jobs have a habit of destroying the lives of people who have bills, families and responsibilities. They don't care about their workers and the fact they sent the guy home for making a mistake anyone could have made proves it. Again, i can tell hundreds of stories about how nasty companies treat their loyal employees and it isn't a surprise that someone who had their life destroyed for nothing or without due process would come back and kill someone because of it . Not saying it's right but everyone responses different from being used up and discarded without just cause by workplaces.

Managers, foreman have a lot of power...they are also under pressure from others.... We see this type of behavior Post office Warehouses Walmart Hospitals Sum times a bad worker can't be fired...butt Quotas have to be met!!! The way I see how it went down, the foreman treated this hard working man like a piece of trash. While I do not feel this foreman should have been sentenced to death or even physical harm for what he did, it was obvious he treated the employee very disrespectfully and sometimes, unfortunately, that is what you get. Should never be this way and this is not the answer.
