does it matter?? mass shooter and terrorists do the same thing dont they?? they kill. its the reason behind the action that make them either a terrorists or mass shooter.
People who do things like that just make me sick to my stomach. It's disgusting to see reports and families mourn over their loved ones life's being taken by people. May all the innocent soul's rest in peace.
As an Australian, my sincere condolences to each and every victim and their families. Many lives were saved thanks to the incredible bravery of those members of the crowd. This man was a coward.
I'm a Australian as well and just incredible that one Psycho can do this madness to so many innocent people for Nothing. What a Evil no body. RIP to those lost.❤
Unfortunately, it has become a competition thanks to the movie industry, gaming industry, music industry, drugs, mental health issues, etc. There's someone out there in this great *Amerigun* country planning the largest single handed attack yet. Then there are the ones who will outdo what he's done. Then on & on & on...
Hey, there are people trying to break records everyday. Sorry to say, but the mass shootings gotta be documented; people are gonna access them; someone's gonna wanna top it. The only hope is on neutralising the threat before excess damage or identifying it faster.
@@raylevi4575 impossible. Everyday somewhere in this Amerigun country some man/woman with children, a mortgage or rent, a car note, child support, etc is loosing his/her job. A great number of folks in the Amerigun states suffer with various mental health and stress issues that the government fails to recognize as a major problem. Then you have the gaming industry, the music industry and the movie industry all glorifying guns. Then when drugs and alcohol intertwines with all the above... *The witch's brew is ready to eat*
My friends dad got shot. One of the worst things that has ever happened in my city. His leg got shot but he survived I will never forget this moment in history
My father was in Vegas a day previously. A girl who served his group at a restaurant was killed during the event. He always told me to be careful and thankful with my life because it can change at any moment. My father passed from COVID in April 2020
rest in peace to whoever passed tragicly away that night. something that always scares me to think about is that my mom was going to go to that concert with friends but didnt go because she had to work overtime.
So so heartbreaking. My heart hurts for those who had to see this, & those who lost dear loved ones. I remember watching this on the news & I could just feel my heart drop. Wasn’t even there & I was genuinely scared for those involved. 😔
In a country of 330 million there's bound to be some people that are actively evil. The fact that we glorify war and have the largest military budget by far is not helping either.
i remember when i woke up and found out this happened. i was 9. I can't believe how this was 5 years ago. rest in peace to all the victims and my condolences to the families
1 year ago - Yeah, a shirtless plug for gay rights, ha ha. This was a big Hoax, or at least False Flag. How many bodies did you count? Why do people believe "official reports" when they are never ever proven to be true, oh, they say what happened but do they prove what they say happened, that is what true reporting is about, truth. This is all theatre until proven otherwise. For openers, as adults, can you at least show some dead people, please. No need to show faces, but show dead bodies strewn about. No? Then up yours to whoever is reporting this attack on citizens' sensibilities and awareness level. Wake up folks, we've been had again.
Ali Mo how can you be so ignorant, this event was fake as fuck! This “witness” is just hanging around a mass murder scene to give tv interviews while his “buddy” is fighting for his life in the hospital? Why isn’t he at the hospital supporting his “buddy”? He doesn’t even wash the blood, that’s not his, from his hands! Another reason why this event was staged was the massive media outlets that were on scene to cover the mayhem! Every msm news outlet was in Las Vegas the entire week before the “shooting” to cover the prison release of OJ Simpson, which was never shown? Instead, the news outlets stayed in Vegas the week after the fake shooting to cover the aftermath and no mention of OJ’s prison release? To this day, OJ has done 1 interview since his prison release, Sasha Baron Cohen’s “Who is America”!
My parents were the last ones to leave from concert saying thank you to security guards as they were leaving. It's something they always do, never thought much about it I told after the incident. Thankfully they were ok, but I remember waking up to the news and seeing it and just falling to the floor sobbing trying to call them. They even lost a new friend they made there. The was worst part was a few days before the shooting a lady went up and told them they were going to die, but nobody listened to her. I wish I knew what happened to her and why nobody listened to her. This could have potentially been prevented.
@@Chris-lg9sv I don't know. My parents said when she came up to them the security immediately stepped in almost like they were expecting it, and the security said she had been doing to others meaning that many knew this was happening and didn't take her threat seriously. Since the security rushed her away quickly, my parents don't remember what she looked like much, but they don't think it was the girlfriend although they did say the stranger looked similar to her
@@mayankbhaskar1654 what’s the point of saying “live from India”, like we don’t care if your from India, I care as long as your mourning and praying for the family
My mother, her girlfriend, and few close friends were there. It was horrifying as an 8th grader to wake up to a single "I love you" and see what had happened while I was sleeping. I'm so thankful they were able to make it under the stage without getting too hurt. RIP to everyone who lost their lives to this terrorist attack.
That was the last concert I have ever been to. One of the scariest moments of my life. Still can’t listen to Jason Aldean because of that terrible day.
@@Linknasty thanks man that really means a lot. I went to a ton of therapy right after this whole thing went down. I felt guilty that I survived but now I’m living life to honor those who unfortunately didn’t survive.

"that's just a firecracker" holy shit that's so scary can u imagine thinking it was a firecracker only to realize it was actually gunfire...terrible tragedy that happened that day
Yeah there was a shooting just down the road when I was visiting Jamaica and I though it was something else. Didn't learn they were gunshots until the next day
@Jaeson Monteiro US is a developed country despite that it has similar crime rates as undeveloped countries. And for school shootings US takes the crown cause kids can use real guns
500 injured. Not 1 or two, this is 500 lives. Stories, families, jobs, kids. These are are people just like you and me. And 50+ people which have now left this Earth, all those families that are now going to go through the horrible stages of mourning. Death isn't something you can shake off, it really can destroy a family. Don't fight, like c'mon. Put away your differences and pray for those poor people
@ Daniela M You see what you're feeling right now...families in Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya feel like that every day when their mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters and children die under your American bombs. Perhaps it's time to reflect a little more deeply about what it means to be a Christian, unless you're polytheist and believe a different God created anybody who lives outside of the US?
Me and my girlfriend were there. I was in a school shooting once so when I heard gunshots I grabbed my girl friends hand and started yelling for people to run, some people thought it was firecrackers, I don't remember seeing them again. At one point me and my girlfriend had to cover ourself in blood and act dead. Rest In Piece Babe.
InfVision what are u talking about, I’m a Muslim to. I’m saying that any Muslim already knows that killing another person without the right to do so is in hell
@@WingStorm to be honest, its difficult to say as were not in that situacion, plus I think he left as you can see, because is an open area so he didnt know where is coming from.. maybe he was thinking someone from the audience it was doing that and he is the target, so his instic was just running from the stage.
My Dad and his friend had gone to this concert every year prior and his buddy had to cancel that year and my dad just decided to not go. He told me this after it had happened and I remember being really thankful that his friend had had to cancel or else he would have been there. My heart goes out to the people who hadn’t been as lucky
That's still low! Do you know? Britishers killed 400 indians, and got 1200 wounded in Amritsar massacre, atleast this dude got for the deed! But brits look they r all free? Huh
The only guns youve probably seen and heard are the guns used in movies lol because clearly you have no idea.....there's a lot of guns that sound like "firecrackers" especially when shot in an open field...some of the guns would even produce balloon popping sounds, that's why most people wouldnt easily notice this when they are in public
What particularly sticks with me is the horror and mayhem in the hospitals. I know one nurse retired the next day after after helpibg a girl undergo surgery without anything for pain.
On October 24th of this year, an alumni from my high school broke in and killed my teacher and a 15-year-old student. No one is talking about it but local news. Every tragedy like this deserves mass coverage until we fix this fatal pattern in our country. Please think of Central VPA, another sad addition to this disgusting list.
I remember my pe coach was in Las Vegas when this happened and he gave off precious details that he described this shootout was like a “warzone that you would see in war movies” where everyone was running from cover and the scariest part was no one knew where the shots were coming from so all you could do was run and pray you weren’t hit
@@eshseyd4716 to extend on this a little bit: official murder rate statistics by the UNODC show that America (the continent) Has the highest murder rates in the world. Where EUROPE has a murder rate of 3.0, America has a murder rate of 16.3 (the amount of murderers per 100.000 inhabitants) The only continent LOWER than europe is Asia, with a murder rate of 2.9
@@_sleepy_head11 The issue is that people can walk into a store and buy a gun no questions asked. These kinds of shootings are nearly non-existant in Europe, i'm pretty sure i can count all mass shootings in Europe that happened during my lifetime on one single hand. THAT is the issue. I'm well aware that Americans, as a people, are a lot closer, they're a lot more social, but when it comes to almost everything politics based, America is just hot garbage
Rip to the adults and children sending prayers and condolences to their families and friends Thankyou for showing us this sending prayers to you and your family and everyone God bless you and your family and everyone
Damn, I got shock when I saw this on my recommended page today. I remember all of this like yesterday; all of it on the news for at least weeks, avoiding Las Vegas on a road trip I went on a month after the shooting, wondering how this can happen. Now, I’m seeing this again after the Uvalde event, but I’m reminded that nothing has changed..
My Gf was at the concert with a few friends, I was in Cali, The amount of helplessness that went through my body that night when she called me hysterical...Running from bullets while trapped inside. I don't think I will ever nor do I even want to Feel that feeling again for the rest of my life. Cheers to the guys that took them into their hotel room along with 20+ others and bunkered down for hours providing water and comfort. The world still has angels living amongst us, I hope We never forget this.
My parents were there, thank god they weren’t injured. I hope everyone killed in the terrible massacre is in a better place. I give my love to everyone injured❤️(please no prayers they make me uncomfortable
I still get chills about this. I remember the night when I was sitting in my home not knowing that there was chaos going on around me. I live in Henderson Nevada. It’s 10 minutes outside of Las Vegas. After the shooting, Las Vegas and Nevada as a whole was so united with courage and strength. ❤️
@@jordanknoll2864 I’m not saying that I was affected by it personally. I’m just saying that it was scary that I was so close to it. And I could’ve been in it. My dad mentioned going to that concert but we ended up not going. One of my friends was supposed to go and she ended up having homework that night so they canceled their tickets. Also, I don’t know if you live in Nevada, but when something happens that’s in your state, you feel vulnerable. So you stop.
The scariest thing is knowing this couldn't really have been prevented. How do you stop something like this from happening again as far as security or venue planning?
Gun control and better gun laws! Stuff like this only happens in the USA. Other countries on earth also has mass shootings but only in the USA does it happen frequently
You are right, but you can still get guns illegally. Someone with enough evil and hatred will still do this, obtaining a gun legally or illegally does not matter to people.@@mifphilip

At 2:50 is the couple that tried saving my cousin in that truck they just talked about the guy carried my cousin in side and had to put him down in the hallway and he past away shortly after he was one of the youngest victims we are still torn up about it..
I lived in Las Vegas and was in the area when this happened. I could hear the gunshots and the screaming of people and that noise shall never leave my head.
I remember this happening and I was terrified for my uncle and cousins, they live in Las Vegas and they often go to music events, luckily they couldn’t go to this one because my cousin was sick, to think that the flu could have saved all of their lives
THE DEADLIEST MASS SHOOTING IN HISTORY: On December 29 in 1890 the U.S. Army’s 7th cavalry surrounded a band of Ghost Dancers under the Sioux Chief Big Foot near Wounded Knee Creek. A brutal massacre followed, in which it’s estimated almost 150 Indians were killed (some historians put this number at twice as high), nearly half of them women and children.
Everyone on articles I'm reading are claiming how normal and sane this guy was, but no ones gotten the idea that he's a sociopath? And l learned in psych class that sociopaths can fit in with society like a glove, not all of them are awkward, ruly, or anti social. God bless everyone over there at the moment, and my prayers go out to the victims of this monstrous act.
+Nick Herrera Fuck that, this guy committed an act of terror. If he was anything besides white, every news outlet would say he must have some sort of terrorist connection. With your logic all these terrorists around the world are sociopaths, and maybe they like country music and long walks on the beach also.
Jayyy B what political gain was this dude trying to accomplish what law did he want what ruler over thrown why did he do this attack probably because he wanted to not because he wanted to accomplish something that's the difference between terrorism and a stupid white guy
Nick Herrera you haven't gotten that most of the shooters in America are the same way. Normal guys who will never testify, like the boy who shot up the Batman movie and with all that adrenaline fell asleep in his car. This is just pushing the agenda
Thank you this really means a lot to me .. My father was there and has gotten shot he is in the hospital but still you are awesome keep on spreading this message
God why are these Americans so whiny like we care about your fucking aunt. Ofcourse it's a bad thing that happened and it's sad but just say rip or something how are you arrogant enough to think people actually care about your story.

@Grant420 How could you call them a liar? You do know them personally? What would that person get out of lying? What reason is there for them to lie? What if they are being honest and you're just calling them a liar because you've seen other people faking their stories, but this time, it's true?
Maybe cz he didn't get a concert ticket. Maybe cz the crowd's noise was louder that the artists. RIP those victims. But the hotel must be sued for letting a man with guns and ammunition check in.
My heart was breaking at the fact that a human could inflict so much harm on his fellow people... But I nearly cried when I found out about all the people who helped save people, drive them to safety, rushed to the scene to help others, etc...
He had the means to do this and he obviously despised the world. He was committing suicide but making a misanthropic dent before he turned it on himself. In short he just snapped and figured "fuck it" going out with a well heard bang.

luis rivera if his apparent desperate need for attention is so disconcerting to you then why bother commenting? He or she is likely a young kid who is either telling the truth or is, in fact, seeking attention due to a lack of positive attention or reinforcement for good behavior in their home life... either way, I can't imagine being emboldened enough to straight up call someone a liar for seeking support for those critically injured via requesting prayer. Even if he or she is full of shit, i know it that personally his *oh-so-selfish* request for *prayer* gave me moment to pause and pray for the victims myself, as admittedly I had been too caught up in the sensationalism since I found out several hours ago to do anything productive like cultivate some empathy or ask for help from a higher power. In short, there is no shortage of fucked up shit people say and do to manipulate others. Like you calling a stranger an attention-seeking liar (on RU-vid, a very public forum) in what I can only infer to be- ironically enough- in the hopes of receiving validation and attention... The risk of you being wrong kind of seems greater than the potential reward of you being "right". Though I'm sure this diatribe must be somewhat satisfying for you. So just post a tl;dr and let's move on 🙂🤗
