Can you do from queens square bus station to Liverpool south parkway on the 82 bus service and can you turn into a video

The area around Shiel Road just looks like a car park with them Roadworks, time keeping must have been extremely poor for this journey. I know on a couple of occasions this and its sister route 10A had been diverted via Edge Lane to Old Swan.
