Today's video is my first vlog.
I'm introducing the baggage delivery service at Narita (New Tokyo) airport.
If you have more than 2 -3 things to carry, it's really helpful cuz you can hop on a train/bus with your hands free!

~ About this channel ~
I'm Japanese (born and raised) and live in a city called Sendai in Japan at the moment.
I'll make unique videos about my daily life in Sendai.
Sendai is in Tohoku region and unfortunately is famous for the place that was attacked by Tsunami in 2011. But It has beautiful nature, lovely history and great food which is really really attractive to tourists.
Also I love traveling and I will visit some friends all over Japan so I fill film that moment too.
I lived in Los Angeles for 2 years until September 2022. Now I am preparing to move to Mexico next year so hopefully I'll record that process as well.

Nice to know about this service, definitely would be helpful by not having to lug a big bag around to and from trains as the trains and stations are very busy with a lot of people so you will definitely get jostled a lot. The price seems to be pretty cheap considering Japan has a high cost of living. Would definitely use this service.

Can I use this service to send my luggage from Haneda Airport to Yokohama Hotel? And receive on the same day?

Thank you for your comment! Yes they have a counter at Haneda too. I’m not sure if it can be the same day delivery. Most of the cases it’s next day delivery, I assume.

Hey, i would like to ask, What if we dont have a sender address because we're foreigner, can we leave the waybill blank? And can we sent it to the nearest counter of our destination so we can pick our luggage? Thank you very muchh

Thank you for your questions. You can ask them for the delivery date and time so basically anytime except the same day is fine!!

Can I give them luggage at NRT and get in on HND after 2 days? I am arriving on Narita on Friday morning; 3 days layover and then fly to next destination on Sunday night from HND.

Not every hotel has that service. There will be a lot of convenient store that provide the service. You can ask concierge at the hotel where you can drop off your suitcase.

How long does it to get bags at our Hotel? Anyone know if I can leave luggages at Narita Terminal 2 from Dec 23 around 5pm to Dec 30 which is about 6-7 days. I read it only allow up to 8 days Narita . We have 4 luggages and can only bring 2 or 3 with us to hotel to Kawaguchi. Thx for this helpful video to actually see actual drop off. How about delivering luggages from hotel to Narita lol? We might have to use bus and taxi.

Thank you for your comment!! Actually there is another company called JAL ABC. They do store your luggage for up to 30 days according to their FAQ. Also they have luggage delivery service so those can be done at the same counter :) Depending on your arrival time and hotel location, they could deliver it to the hotel on the same day. From hotel to airport, I’m sure the hotel concierge will call any of delivery services to pick your luggage up and deliver it to the airport. But I recommend you to Ask the hotel if they can call Yamato to pick your luggage up and deliver it to the airport just in case. I think delivering luggage from hotel to airport may take a few days. Most Japanese people can speak English, esp people that deal a lot with foreigners like at an international airport and I would think they would speak English almost fluently at the very least. If the person doesn’t speak English very well they definitely will get someone else that can assist you, as long as you are polite and courageous. Like in this clip the gentleman said thank you very much in Japanese quite a few times.
