Student permit is rocommended for those who will be in Canada for more than 3/6 months (depending the country you are coming from) students who will be in Canada for less than that time can be with tourist visa. Some contries are required a visa and others only the eTA.
The signs are very confusing for a first time international passenger. Where do I need to go if someone is picking me up? WTF does Pre-arranged pickup mean? Who the f**K in their right minds want to arrange for a Limosine when exiting out of the f**king airport?
She says Torono ....most annoying. Almost as annoying as the airport itself. Every time I go through this airport the layout seems to have changed. It is the most confusing airport I have been in.....can it not be fixed ?

Ahactacnr ...you are indeed correct, I dropped my e and replaced it with an h in hugely, which was a typographical error. However mispronunciation of Toronto is quite different.
