Thanks for this❤ If I got it all right; this is the summary: As you arrive, make sure you have some money with you (30-40 pounds), then go to the train station to buy ticket or get a taxi (taxis are more expensive), you look at the map (central station: to sunderland and new castle is A+B+C), if the card machine is blocked, insert your card. If going to sunderland, use south Hilton metro. Stop at central station, use the machine at the central station and buy another ticket to Sunderland, stop at sunderland station and take a taxi to your destination.
