I just had to replace the mounting bracket (what the wing itself screws into) for my Kraton 6S's wing this weekend. Now the screws that go into the wing won't tighten into the new bracket, it still tightens into the old broken bracket. I did one run and after the run I was able to remove the screws by hand.
There are nylock nuts that need to slide into the new wing mount for the wing screws to screw into. You need to pull the nuts out of your old wing mount, or get a pair of 3mm nylock nuts and slide them in.
They are similar to a lot of the arrmas. When replacing them, I tighten them super slow because sometimes the ends crack. As to the bars working…if you bash on a mix of pavement and dirt, I think they help. If you are just strictly bashing at the park or on dirt, I think you could run without them. I haven’t needed to try an upgrade yet, but I’ll definitely look into it
@818_Custom_Garage there supposed to lift opposite wheel when you lift one wheel,the bars too thin,I've purchased the upgraded 2.5mm bars and the steel ball links,I'll keep you posted.if you pull one wheel up the other should follow,don't work.
