@DcYpHa2o4 I felt the same way about this Kraton, I got mine 3 weeks ago. I've only ran it twice since. I broke the front drive cup 10 min in my first run, so i upgraded the front cups to the Vitavons and left the rear stock, then I broke the rear drive cup 10 min into my second run, now I'm waiting on the upgraded parts. I should've just upgraded both front and rear from the get go. And by the way, it broke from a 2ft baby jump that any other rc would've just bashed on. I still love this truck, I'm a believer of "if it ain't broke don't fix it" but I suggest when you do get this Kraton go ahead and put the Vitavon drive cups on from the start.
same, mine is on the way, also the 5th scale parts are far too expensive, getting a bunch of MJX16th scale to smash around for when i'm waiting for parts for the EBX.
It's so nice you get no traffic. I get so much on my street. And one guy has twice raced to run over my Arrma Infraction. He even went in a yard with his truck. He's a total A hole. Illinois for you. Everyone wants you take the first swing
I love my 1/8 kraton's. Still running standard chassis and launch it hard I've fixed the engineering fault in the bending chassis being a retired mechanic and a superkart driver. I've made part's no one can buy and i will not manufacturing them so China can mass produce. Great video mate my grandson Ryett and I love watching your channel 👍.
In Florida at 5AM it was 80F! About 112 every day with the heat factor! In the day time I can't really run my boats, the pond water sits at 85F, and all my RC have duel cooling fans.😢 come on winter! Great videos, keep em coming!
Hmm, very weird on the Kraton arms 🤔 Side note, your Hammer Rey looks amazing! I have been driving mine a bit lately. I need to upgrade the sway bars since they keep popping off. Which ones do you use?
@@JasonPerrinRCVlogs I am referring to the rear. Maybe sway bar isn't the right term. The rear of the truck has a connecting link from the axle to the body with an integrated shock travel stop. They come stock plastic and constantly poop off at the axle connection.
@@GreatLakesRC Oh okay. I think they still refer to them as swaybars. Maybe "rear" sway bars. Mine are the Vitavon ones, and I have had zero issues with them. Was just out running a few days ago with the Hammer Rey.
When will you do the burnt motor update video? Also could someone tell me where to find harder, stiffer spring for the savage x v2 . I tried "harder" fluid but it doent help much.
Maybe because those trucks are around $300 cheaper and might be more durable. The 6s EXB is one sexy machine but you will have to upgrade a few things like the diff cups, A arms, steering blocks and then cross your fingers before every run. 🤞
Of all my rigs I like jumping my 6S Kraton EXB the most. It loves to fly and flip. I haven't broke an arm with mine yet. I did lose an end link on the rear upper link and damaged a couple of drive cups. One on the rear when the upper end link broke and the dog bone popped out. Then I damaged a front one until I learned about the issue with them. I removed the shim off of the upper pillow ball and drilled out the lower red one. Since then I found GPM sells extended drive cups so I am trying them now. So far so good.
