Big progress brother. Kraton looking like a Tank now. Awesome upgrades I must say. I've been running Proline 40 series Trenchers on my Kraton for a while now and I Love it. Perfect for some construction site bash. Plenty of cushions for big Air landings and not bad on tractions. Also, been running M2C aluminum with delrin motor mount and it's great no issues so far.
Hi, nice work on the ride. Looking good! I recently got a Kraton V4. Do you think its worth the changing from stock shock towers to the upgraded ones? I'm trying to get back into this hobby and am looking to do some modifications to my Kraton. I'm planning on putting front and rear skid plates if it helps reinforce the chassis.
I know a lot of people have bent their stock shock towers. Depends on how hard you are going to push the truck. I had some money saved up when I bought these, so I went for it.
No actually you don't. The RPM bumper already has lots of room to bend and does not come in contact with the stock arrma bumper. Plus RPM bumpers unlike Tbone racing bumpers are not meant to bend. And you need the stock bumper to hold the hinge pins.
Jason Perrin What did you do to mount the RPM bumper on the front? Did you cut off the skid plate part off of the stock bumper to get the RPM bumper to sit flat on the underside of the chassis? Thank you.
@@JasonPerrinRCVlogs So you didn't get the talion stock bumper and add it in behind the RPM bumper? Interesting. I'd rather do it your way but so many people on the ARRMA forums say the opposite.
