Thanks for making this video and trying the center diff in a V2 Limitless it looks like it works. This has helped me make my decision on getting a Limitless V2.
@@rattlecanonlexan836 It sure did help, But right now i'm trying to decide if i want an Infraction v2 or a Limitless v2 for street bashing and light speedrunning up to slightly over 100mph. The limitless has some pretty cool parts from perfect pass, scorched and others i also like the Limitless body as well.
@@rattlecanonlexan836 Yeah i could convert the infraction to a limitless if i want to but it would require some parts to make the limitless body fit. And i'm kind of feeling like building the car from a rolling chassis i might put the new V2 firma 160 in it not sure about the motor. Although this will probably happen late next year.
Your car Definitely handles differently than a normal full time awd car. Really nice! I got a 1/10 scale buggy made for the same use as you mentioned on street and that center diff I installed in mine really helps with taking sharp corners under throttle. I use sensored setups but for cleaner turns I suggest lightly holding and increasing the throttle rather than repeated burst. Also trying the drag brake function as it loads the front end as if you downshifted in a real car. Best of luck to you man and have fun👍🏾😁
I got the arrma 50T infraction diff and have a 20T pinion. This is gonna let my mmx8s 1717 1650kv on 8s bash and track race nice and cool....once my scorched rc shafts arrive. Im doing 125k front diff and 50k rear diff. Cant decide on center diff fluid. It came 200K fluid. Cant decide wether to put in 500k fluid or leave it at 200k. Whatcha think for best track and control?
@@rattlecanonlexan836 thanks bro! Just wanted to know that before I ordered these. Just picked up a V2 but just like you I would like to have the option to bash vs speed run all the time which a spool is great for but not so much for bashing.
Hey man. Trying to do the same thing with running the center diff. Do you know what car those sizes are from by any chance? I went to the scorched link but of course the one is out of stock. If I knew what vehicle they’re from it would be easier to find. Thanks
@OswaldBeef you can use Amy of the arrma 6s center diffs. I'm not sure what you are asking me abt the shafts, but I put all that info in the description
@@rattlecanonlexan836 I hit the link in your description and there is no 122.5 option only 125mm D 7. The other one the 147mm os there but its D8. Those 2 shafts have a D value stated and they are different to each other. Not sure what the D is I assume diameter? Thanks again man I really need to gear my v2 limitless down. Would you suggest the typhon or the infraction center diff?
@OswaldBeef I would do the infraction. They may have changed the specs a bit since I ordered mine....when I ordered mine, I reached out to them and explained what I was doing....the 125mm may be a better fit because I did have to use a little filler to eliminate some of the play with the shaft
Do you have a build video? You have the EXACT setup that I'm looking for. I want to buy a limitless, but I've been on the fence because of the stock gearing. I need this vehicle in my life. I bash hard. And I mean it. I've added 5 fans to keep from melting motors and battery connectors in my BigRock 6s. But now I've tasted speed. I want more. I'm not interested in going more than 100mph because I want a proper F1 car to street bash/drift with. My style of driving results in ultra high motor temps, and bald tires constantly. Man, I need your help bro! I subscribed already. Help a brother out! I guess I'll get to purchasing the V2 since you've built my dream setup.
I don't have a build video.....all you actually need is the motor and esc and servo of your choice along with a rec and controller...easy to get.....then your center diff, all of which you can get off of Jenny's. The hard part is the drive line, which I had to order from scorched rc....the link to them along with the measurements of what I ordered are in the description......keep us posted on your build
@@rattlecanonlexan836 I just melted/soldered hard my ec5 connector to my est EC5 connector and I cant get it apart :( Since I have some downtime, time to look at scorched rc and get the parts ordered. Thank you for the help man!
@@rattlecanonlexan836 Scorched doesn't have one of the drive shafts. Got tired of missing out on them as the go out of stock quick. I ordered at 49t spool for the v2, which allows me to use the stock drive shafts. I got it on a 29t pinion. Man this thing is like a new RC. Still hits maybe 80mph, but much much cooler than the 32/39 stock setup.
What's up man I'm back in the game. Still want you to paint a body for me. Try doing one myself. Think it came good for my first time. Your number still the same
Hello bro I created tires that run over 150mph+ drift and speed run last longer than hoons 3 times. I make all scale tire . Let me know if you want bro
