It's ridiculously fast but it drives so smooth. I just picked one up it was used twice it's literally brand new for $160 with two 3s 5200 mAh lipos. It is my first street car and my first arrma the rest of my cars are Traxxas my big 2 Strokes are Rovan and King Motors. I am blown away at the Bill's quality very very well-built car

Hope you can find another spot with less traffic. I’m super nervous about speed runs, but I’m already hooked from watching yours. Hoping I can get something out of this F1 chassis I got, but it is 2wd, so yeah, it’s a starting point. Just that vrrrrrrrreeeeeeeooooooooomm as it goes by at speed! The durability and the speeds that these rcs nowadays can reach never cease to amaze me. They are so fast now that people tend to forget that an rc vehicle that can reach a top speed of 25-30 mph is actually a modern marvel and an incredible piece of machinery and a technological wonder.
These speed run videos are excellent. Im amazed at how fast you get these Arrma vendettas to do without any crashes. I see other RU-vidrs struggle with crashes at 60mph😂😂😂👍
From a Visual perspective , I am now so glad i chose the Yellow/green Vandetta as I don't think my 47 yr old eyes could keep up with a blue blur at 100MPH lol -Love The sound it makes when passing too .
We keep hearing about how there’s not enough trucking available for our shipments, but we seem to see more trucking happening out in the real world than “normal.” 🤷♂️ Everything is weird these days.
Great video! Never liked the 3s arrmas, cannot see me getting this one…however you have me interested in speed running or at least trying. Might pick up a limitless before the sale ends.🏎😎
And yes you could fix your steering trim you would need a Bluetooth adaptor and can set it on the app dashboard though I wouldn’t recommend driving with the module on but can be used for stealing trim throttle trim can’t see the heat of the motor and ESC and battery voltage

I love how you make so much content. And that bmw is ,🔥 . This 1/10 scale is on my list . Probably see that 💯 before my XO-1 . Vendetta seems to handle pretty 👍
So more stable in the fact they ain't ballooning, but less grip due to harder compound. 🙄 Always a trade off one for the other. What about taking your drag car mat/ carpet and heating the tyres before a run. Just a thought.
Hey Earl. I love your videos, and all your knowledge. I used to live in Hesperia when I first started watching. I wanted to link up some day. But I moved to Florida. While I was in California I spent a year trying to get a wl toys 019 the 12th scale car up over 100mph. Well I ended up getting a PB of 106 finally. Any hoo. Cheers . Keep up the good stuff.
I just bought a mega infraction on sale and bought the same silver hoons and picked up the same electronics as the vendetta from Jenny’s rc as I figured it would be a better look for the infraction and for a few bucks more we’re belted I don’t think it’s as good as the vendetta for speed runs but for 70-80 mph I think it will be just fine want it more as a drift truck
I wonder if your diffs are full , they use light oil which is fine but after covid I seen alot people having trouble keeping the brcc straight. Either way they only set up to do 50 or so I wonder if arrma did anything differently I dought it . The high speeds the slightest weight unbalance will cause to veer ik uk that stuff
Nice that those tires didnt ballon but definately a little sketchy on control..hopefull dual rate control helps. Does seem as though they are worth purchaseing.
Those tires have you skating all over the place. Definitely a drag burnout will help. What’s hurting you at times is the cars and trucks when the car is just sitting waiting for the road to clear the tires are cooling down.
Earl, when you ran the silver hoons did the tires expand and hit the body? Did you keep the body height the same or drop it to factory ride height. When you ran the hoons elevens, you had to raise the body because the tire’s rubbed
Earl here is a tip for you add some down force to the wing like innovation rc therefore it will go laser straight on rails but as always great video keep up the good work!
Got to have traction as the silver hoons have none my stock white compound went 107 mph first time out but tires are only good for 5 100 mph passes GRP seem better but I don’t want to modify anything but the esc from what arrma provided to see how fast I can go with arrma upgrades to tires white and gold compound are next 👍👍
@@earlmoorhead5555 on the dx3 the avc dial can be either avc or steering dual rate. You have to reset the receiver with the transmitter and you'll ou lose the avc feature but gain full steering control.

Hey Earl , are the silvers a lot better than the stock vendetta's just for bashing around?. I'm wanting to get a set of tires that will last a bit longer.
@@earlmoorhead5555 gold have the most grip but low tire life. White is between gold and silver in Terms of grip and life. Silver offers the least grip than the other two but more tire life than the two. Good for drifting for example. That is what i per ed from the arrma video
Gotta call BS on the hoons, being slippery... I just put 2 packs, on a brand new set. And they stick just fine! Ditch the crap wagon transmitter. Seriously...
@@earlmoorhead5555 I dunno bro.. These hold up LIGHT YEARS better than the stock Elevens .. Those were junk. I gotta agree with ya on that! But on fresh, clean black top, they're pretty sticky! And they don't wear anywhere near as fast as the elevens. I'm on the Silver compound right now. And wanna run the gold and the whites. Just because, Science!
I have a playlist on this rc changed one part to a take off 6s arrma esc and run 100mph on 6s I have run on 4s and 6s just not sure what your watching as I show the batteries in every video 🧐😯
@@earlmoorhead5555 i’ve watched all of your videos about the Vendetta and I started purchasing the 6S ESC and all the other parts required to build it like yours before I even got delivery of my Vendetta 😆, but I must’ve missed where you specified 4S or 6S because sometimes I listen to your videos while I drive. So I gotta look forward and just listen haha
