If I asked him (senior male boss) something related to office work OR other works he would start scolding me and taunting me like this : ➡️ You don't know anything. You don't have the skills to do any work. ➡️ If I ask him something related to documentation work for selling industrial materials and industrial products (screws, washers, studs, nuts, bolts, other miscallenous items of brass and metals etc) inside the city, outside the city and outside the state [preparing documents like CHALLAN COPY, TRANSPORT COPY, GST INVOICE, E-WAY BILL (E-WAY BILL is legally required for selling consignments having commercial value of Rs. 50,000/- and more). All of this documentation work is computerised and hence it is done on computer in MS-EXCEL program], then he would start taunting me and make my fun. He also scolded me for this. Moreover he also taunted me and scolded me for other works which includes the following : 👉🏼 Packing of industrial products 👉🏼 Sewing (packing bags with threads through a machine called 'bag closer'). 👉🏼 Giving industrial products for manufacturing OR for plating 👉🏼 Doing entries for weight and for writing total number of pieces of industrial products and total weight in a book. 👉🏼 Preparing manual bill (preparing bill in bill book which includes details like date, party name, bill number, product description, rate of each product and it's commercial value (no. of products * rate of that product), weight of each of them, total value of the bill including charges like packing, freight, Goods and Services Tax (GST) etc, E-Way Bill Number (only if consignment's commercial value is Rs. 50,000/- or more), Transport Company's name and Lorry Receipt (L.R.) number. 👉🏼 Labelling the packed bags ready for selling to customers living in other city OR other state. 👉🏼 Checking and Matching purchase files and sales files to see every details are correct and accurate and that there are no discrepancies/errors (mistakes) in any of those files. 👉🏼 If he did mistake in any of the above mentioned works, then it was totally fine according to him, but if me, junior boss (other boss) or other worker did any mistake in any of the above works, then for sure, he would scold us OR taunt us. Now I pray that 'MAY HE (SENIOR BOSS) GET THE TASTE OF HIS OWN MEDICINE AS MANY TIMES AND AS MUCH AS HE INSULTED ME AND MADE MY FUN' . I had leaved that job few months ago mainly due to two reasons : NOTE : R here denotes 'reasons'. R-1 : I was not at all interested in that industrial supplies field. R-2 : I didn't like his (senior boss's) nature at all.
